My problem was in another plug-in. You have to deactivate all plugins and leave only the tagDiv plugins (including mobile and amp). Then restart the server (to remove cache from the server too). If possible, remove the wordpress cache folders (ftp).
Then, you have to activate them one by one, and try with the google amp tool, until you find the plugin that causes the error.

When you activate Newspaper (plugins), the AMP plugin stops working, even the AMP icon disappears from the control panel.

I managed to add the megamenu plugin only by adding a text area and placing the tag. But I do see two menus when I am on admin. Yet, if I remove the menu I placed using the tag… there is no menu appearing on the site.

The Pro demos are using cloud templates and for these the theme panel settings will not apply, the theme panel will change only the standard styles/templates. In order to edit a cloud template you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, for example if you are using a single post template you can edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/2nR57lo.png after that you can add and remove the elements.

The Newspaper theme we recently launched is not always displaying a custom taxonomy that we use for a post author/byline. As a student newspaper, we use this custom taxonomy due to the hundreds of student contributors that have written one or more articles over the years. This ‘byline’ taxonomy works just like a tag.
The theme displays the correct author name on individual posts, but not in other areas of the website. There are two different issues related to this, so we were hoping to get some clarification on how to display the correct name of the writer of a post.
Here is an example of the correct byline in a post:

The writer is listed correctly (Amie Schaeffer) and links to other bylines she has on the website.
Below are two examples where this information is not displaying correctly:
1. On the home page: http://www.globeslcc.com/
In any of the Flex box sections, when the ‘Show Author’ element is turned on in the ‘Layout’ tab of TD Composer, it displays the post author WordPress account instead of the byline taxonomy associated with a post. This occurs in every type of flex box on the home page, so we turned this setting off on most boxes.
You can see Amie’s article in the Opinion flex box, which is displaying who uploaded the article (Megan Neff).
2. On our category pages: http://www.globeslcc.com/opinion/
In the “big grid flex” module at the top of the page, the most recent article is displaying a different byline (Cristobal Villegas) from an article beneath the flex box. This occurs on every category page with a big grid flex box.
This ‘byline’ taxonomy is being implemented through the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/byline/
As you can see, the byline loads correctly in some places on the website, but not others. Any suggestions for how to consistently display this taxonomy within all areas of the theme would be appreciated.

In the first week I started using this theme, all of my pages were working by AMP compatibility. I was seeing the AMP version of my posts in Google search results.
But last week, I started to get the following error message in my first 10 blog posts. 2 days ago, I get the same error on all of my blog posts.
An AMP component ‘script’ tag is present, but unused
Currently, none of my blog posts are shown as AMP on google searches.

I am trying to activate megamenu in this site http://beta.swisseducation.eu and it appears that whetever I do is not reflected in the menu of the site.
The megamenu appears only in the TD designer as an overlay of the actual menu but the site displays its conventional menu.
I am wondering if this has to do with the fact that I have created two menus (a different one for the language selector)
Additionally, in the articles template there appears to be an error that I just cannot fix.
Is it please possible to take a look into it?

We are looking into caching it to speed up things but would like to double check the purpose of this url and its usage.

Yes, if you deactivate the schema option from theme panel, then all the proprieties related will be removed (for example datepublished, datemodified). This options is for these users that want to disable the schema from our theme and use a different structured date custom or form some plugins.

Please notice that these option for category are ad from a SEO plugin, not from our theme, for example if you have Yoast SEO -> https://i.imgur.com/qUEYHsZ.png without SEO plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/Fe1cGlm.png just make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.

Hi Vlad, so I’ve tried just using AdBox elements within post templates, and it mostly seems to work ok.
When I checked on mobile or AMP however the ads didn’t show up. I added the <div class=”td-all-devices”> </div> as I didn’t have this before, and this made my add show up as really small on desktop, but still don’t show on mobile or AMP.

This depend on what should be this message “open on your mobile device” if it will be a text banner, then you can set it visible for desktop and hide fore the rest of devices.

Please notice that these changes needs to be made only if you have the proper skills, will be more easy to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and use tagDiv Composer with drag and drop the element you want where you want, in this way you’ll no longer need to make changes in theme files and these will not be lost when you update the theme.
1. No in my above example I do not used tagDiv Composer to edit the theme files, this can be done with Plugin editor -> https://i.imgur.com/fJ8T9LL.png

The menu can be moved only if you drag it, this is the only what it can be moved.You can click on it and drag in the area where was before.

In the most cases the mobile version is different if you are using tagDiv mobile theme plugin if you want to have the same layout, you can deactivate the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp option.

so i need your help. i am not sure at all what is happening… i am using the mobile theme. it is working fine on most pages.
however, the home page doesnt work… a browser on responsive design mode will show what it SHOULD be, but that’s not what appears on an actual phone. (the url is mindfullivingnetwork.com)
I made a new page a test – it was working perfect on mobile and not, UNTIL i flipped it in wordpress as the home page… now it is having the same problem as described above… so now I am totally confused… please help…

We are setting up a website with Newspaper Theme (Default PRO). We have already downloaded the translation file (Spanish) from the Theme panel. However, some items continue to be displayed in English.
