Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot pin point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to your server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issues so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this so you could also test this on a fresh wp install and let us know if you still get the same result. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

Unfortunately, it’s not an easy task, the blocks are integrated in the theme and they also come with custom css which is based on the theme grid structure. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific guide to “How to create custom template” because to achieve this are required more knowledge of hard-coding and also, custom work. I suggest you make use of a child theme if you want to have a custom template on your website because, on the next update, all the code will be overwritten. In this section we will present the new theme API system which brings theme customization to a new level and allows users to modify or add new elements like single templates, smart lists, thumbs, modules, blocks, header styles, category templates, footer templates.

If you are not aware of steps which you should follow to achieve this, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this thing for you, because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Below, I gave you an example for what you want to achieve to put a button after the posts title. After this changes, you have to use a bit of Css with the code below:

There is just an example. You can adjust the values and put another image source until you get what you want.

If you want to have another different button for each post title, please find a plugin to do this for you.

Hi,

You need to create the css code and then add it in the theme panel->custom css box. We use a chrome extension called live css editor and the browser inspector to get to the part we want to edit.
For example on a block 4: you would use the code like so:
.td_block_4 .td_module_2 .td-module-title{
padding-top: 164px;
}
Just the title can get a padding-top and the excerpt will drop as well.
You can use the same method on block 7 by changing the classes and padding value.
