Once the Mobile Theme plugin is disabled you will see the responsive desktop version. That will render your desktop version. Unfortunately by changing a block in the mobile view port will affect desktop too.

This problem appears when you install the theme on a site that already has content. The theme comes with it’s own thumbnails to minimize the page size and increase the page loading speed. To fix the problem, you need to regenerate the thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
The tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is only in Newspaper theme, Newsmag them do no have this plugin.

I have two problems that seem to be persistent when it comes to my theme and using a mobile device.

I want to use flex box 5 inside a 2/3 wide column. It looks good on Firefox and Chrome. On Internet Explore, the image, no matter which size I select, is extra large. On the same page, in the 1/3 wide column, I have widgets, with images. The images there are extra large too. I do not have such problems with the non-flex blocks.
I cannot change the background color of the Search button.
I cannot remove the Read more button, or change its color to blue.
I cannot change the blog title. I mean, it changes when I go into the customize area and type it in, but the change is not reflected on the blog itself.
On Internet Explorer only, the Sign in link pops up at the top of pages. I do not want it seen.
One of the pages I have problems with on Internet Explorer is http://www.homeloanmine.com/trending.
I found the solution. You need to go to Theme Panel —> Block Settings —> Thumbs on Modules/Blocks and activate all thumbnail sizes!!!

In the thumbnail settings I have enabled only three measures:

I want to quit the standard “mobile theme” because I see there is a lot of things that just aren’t working.
If i disable the plugin i have to design the mobile theme on my own. But for example, it’s possibile to give out a block in dekstop and another on the mobile site?
For istance, i have a block of 3 post in homepage, but i want to show only one post in this block format on the mobile, how can i make it? Also i want to don’t show on mobile some elements of the sidebar, do you have a guide or some suggestion?

To complete my previous message, I tried something different today : I imported a section from the library, it created a page, I customized it using only elements like column content, titles… (no block or big grid), and I renamed it within the TagDiv Composer.
It seems OK, I can find this page template among my pages.
Now, to create a new page using this template, what should I do? I clicked on “New draft” below this page template, a new page was created. I wrote a title and chose a parent page, and saved it. Then, when I edit this new page with TagDiv Composer, the same error message appears. There isn’t any problem (just the message) but I’m wondering if I understood the process to create a new page from a template.

I’ve created a page to use as home page; and for each post I want to show the WPML flags for translation, using the WPML option (to show flag above and below the post content).
It’s all ok inside the post page, but the flags are showed also in home page, where I use the flex block 1. Why the WPML flags are showed also in home page, inside the content with the text “tradotta anche in…”?
I can not send you the url, because we are using a custom host.
Is there a way to not show the “post flag” in home page? How can I send you a screenshot?

The theme need to create thumbs for each thumb enable in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ if the images that you are uploading in media library are to small the theme can not create these thumbs, therefore you need to use a plugin to regenerate the images to the size that your theme needs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
If the problem persist please provide me a link to your website and some example.
Please enable only the thumbs dimension you use.

Another thing that you can do is to choose another image size on flex element, for this you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer -> -> https://i.imgur.com/YpFFI1Z.png choose the size that is look better.

That is a single post template (smart template) from tagDiv Cloud Library, it ca be edited with tagDiv Composer-> https://i.imgur.com/4ZzCXTu.png -> https://i.imgur.com/4FWUiWY.png unfortunately there are only few settings for the number, but you can use custom css to apply more style on numbers.
2. In order to achieve that you need to set an excerpt length on flex block, this can be set in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/ or individual on flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/TmbTCjo.jpg

This allows you to have better targeting when you want to customize that specific block using css.

By going in Theme Panel – Blocks Settings -Thumbs you will be able to see What sizes each block uses. By inspecting your website you will be able to see what blocks do you use. Then deactivate all the unused thumb sizes.
You can remove the images but only the unused sizes.

I have recently started integrating Paid Memberships Pro – and it has broken the template I have been using.
I have been having a play with it – but can’t get it to work – a little beyond me. If I go back to the ‘standard’ template it will work ok – but any of the pro/extra templates – especially where there seems to be a combination of single and dual columns – something’s is getting a little wonky.
I can make it work – and have reverted to some simple page temples – but would obviously like to use some nicer/fancier design.
It seems to be related to the ‘membership blocks’ as standard posts are ok – it’s only when I introduce a membership block that things start to go wrong.

Yes, for small screens Banner size looks okay, but if you open this blog theme into more than 1900 width like I am using 1920px X 1080px. In those screens Banner size not looks good.

Hi, I get a message saying “www……com” refused to connect when I click on “Tagdiv Composer” from the block-editor page. I was able to access it a few hours ago. Does it show up if someone on my team is already using it (logged into same account)? Let me know what the issue might be and how to resolve this so I can start to use Tagdiv Composer again.
