I need some help, I´m making my website with the template Newspaper, but I have some issues and asks; I have a blank space between the header and the body of the homepage, and I don´t want it; could you help me about dissapear that space, or at least decrease the size of that space? Also, if you could help me to reduce the space between the blocks, I will be very happy and grateful

Thanks for the answer and sorry for being unclear but I am referring to the blocks in the post, i.e. when I have a block in my post that is a quote.
So if I would like to draw a circle and bake into one of those header template styles. How do I do that? I tried to find the styles but couldn’t find them.
Currently, I make 2 column and put the blue circle on the left then header on the right. This doesn’t work in mobile version and in smaller area.
Can I replace. Let’s say header template: block header 5 with my own design?

You can’t. TagDiv Composer works only with the blocks created by Newspaper theme. Those blocks cannot be edited with any other plugin.

Hi, how do I use the standard wordpress blocks in your theme tagdiv composer?
I have a plugin that creates a block with some imported content but I cannot see how I can use this in your tagDiv composer.
Has anyone managed to embed a listing of events in a Newspaper page that includes other blocks? I have an events page built using ModernTribe Events Calendar Pro (I have Pro licence) but I cannot embed a listing in my homepage. I am using the shortcode [tribe_events_list featured=”false” limit=”3″ ].
Has anyone got an events listing plugin of any type working? If I can get this working then I have a complete solution for sports websites.

Sorry for missunderstanding your issue !
In order to change the blocks title style into what you want you will have to edit the text, the background color and text color: https://www.screencast.com/t/cqhK6D2W0QKK If you want you can try the Header templates that are above Title background color and see if is there one that fits you.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
I suggest to check your System Status and increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Hi.
Per article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ , if I use a flex block, I get to have more control of the featured image. There’s no ‘image width’ setting. It’s not working for us using Flex Block 3, but it is working on the single post page.
I’ve run the plugin ‘regenerate thumbnails’, but it’s not making a difference.

As soon as I click a template (Romania news homepage), the box does not go away. I can see behind the block that something is happening — probably a “confirmation” window, but I can’t click on anything to complete the import!
SO FRUSTRATING
And then when I go to split a row into columns, the builder doesn’t actually put the blocks that I’m adding into columns (I’m choosing 1/2 1/2). It just puts the block into a different row — even when the block I’m adding is a single post!
I don’t know, I’ve used Newspaper for about 6 years and I’m a bit disappointed with functionality. Unless I’m missing something, this is just so frustrating.

we hired an agency to do some customizations on our Newspaper theme but they happened to destroy a few features. A big issue is that the Mobile menu block is always resetting its menu selection. Every other change on this block saves just fine but when I change “menu selection” and save it after a refresh it voids the selection again.
What php scripts are responsible for it and which scripts do I have to reset to fix this issue?
Second problem is that Firefox doesn’t list the menu horizontally but any other browser does. Is this a known issue or is this also a thing the agency “destroyed”?

I use TagDiv Composer to build the pages of my site. Today, when trying to modify the home page with TagDiv Composer, I could not do it because the following message appeared on the screen:
“Errors at elements: 1 (models): 0 (dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)”
The same problem occurs when trying to edit any other page.
I have emptied the cache, I have removed plugins, and the blocking persists.
Last week I installed the latest Newspaper update, I don’t know if it will have anything to do with it.
Please, can you help me solve it?

I found the issue. The issue was “excerpt”.
It had a twitter link so that is why your theme forced the block to show the full link. and that is why it was stretched.
Now I changed the excerpt and the issue is fixed.
Now, this thing, The Header Ad. Now why it is moved towards the right?
It should need to end where the menu is ending. Why it is happening?

Each block have a specific thumb size -> Theme thumbs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ so the theme will generate for each thumb you have enable in theme panel one image with that size; if you choose to use the flex blocks you can choose the thumb size you want to show – https://www.screencast.com/t/I85bMjNJZ3

From what I know from searching online something must have changed on Facebook’s side, pasting the link to a Facebook video in the post content will not work anymore

So when using featured videos from Facebook the post will not have an image thumbnail, unless you set one manually. The video will appear in the post page, but in blocks, grids etc it won’t have a thumbnail.
For the rest of the socials which are supported to be used in the featured videos field, there is no problem as far as I know. Sorry for the inconvenience.
