Usually it is a WordPress file (admin-ajax.php) that gets blocked by your firewall (wordfence or host security) or by your file permissions. This can be seen in the browser inspector. Please try to deactivate all firewalls on your host, cdn or WP install.

There is no need to active the WPBakery plugin, only purchased versions from the plugin author will have a license key. The bundled version with the theme doesn’t have to be activated.

Could be caused by insufficient resources

In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.

Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings

The admin ajax could be blocked by the server and the theme cannot access it. Check in the browser inspector console to see if this is the case. If it is, try to find the security settings or firewall settings in the cPanel settings and change them. The hosting provider should be able to help with this task.

The theme blocks cannot show gif’s as the main post image. Only inside the post can you see the gif animated. The theme created thumbnails from the featured image you add. A thumbnail from an animated gif is a static image. The blocks cannot render a gif directly.

I have tested the website on both Android and iOS, looks fine at the moment

Maybe on devices using older or very old Safari versions there could be some design issues regarding the flex blocks, they may not support certain CSS elements used by the flex blocks.

Sorry but we have not tested sticky posts with any of our theme blocks so we cannot provide a solution in this regard. you will need to hire a freelancer to help out with the code needed as we cannot offer any customization services at the moment.

The admin ajax has to be available to the theme at all times, or there will be problems. If it is blocked by security modules or by the server there would be nothing we can do about it.

The theme blocks, grids and other post displaying elements can sort them by publish date and time

Publish date mean will also take the time into account, so for example a latest sorting method will order the posts according to the publishing time and date.

Or maybe you want to show the time next to the date in the post pages, and also the modules. That is possible
