Hi
Is it possible to add widgets such as the blocks and the big grids after the article post. Like after the comments and I will title the grid “also check out these”
Thanks
Sorry, I found it in the panel, so many options, a little confusing but anyone else who’s looking at this, go to “Block settings -> meta info on Modules/Blocks”
Hi
I am trying to get the links to posts/pages in grid blocks to open in new tabs. Is this possible?
Thanks
Daragh
Hi,
sorry for the previous broken link, I have managed to ad element in block 4, http://vards.net/coin-study/ however, I still keep seeing this post on hompage? http://vards.net/ please scroll down, I just want this post to stay in category Coin Study – [id: 282] without apearing on home page.
Thanks.
Gus
Hi,
I could remove the margin set there – https://www.screencast.com/t/I8leqn1QrBbw
But you also have some invisible titles there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fBXaEyxC
These seem to have the same color as the background so they are invisible. I believe they take the color set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3Sh9MCYS8WsM
I could include a color change in the code if you don’t want to change the footer background or that setting
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kV5lLFQx
Use the codes if you wish, enter them in the phones section if you want them to apply only on phones
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IspRbg9j
.td-footer-bottom-full .td-pb-row>div {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
.td-theme-wrap .td-footer-bottom-full .block-title > span {
color: #ffd100!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The theme grids and most blocks are predefined, so they will always look in one way only. All types can be seen here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
The exception are flex blocks, these have a considerable amount of options to modify even the slightest thing. A single flex block can look in endless ways
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
Try to experiment with a flex block, see what can be achieved with it. .
Thanks
Hi,
None of the page content will show on mobile if you activate the mobile theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile, deactivate the optional mobile theme plugin.
The mobile theme is intended to be used if you want to display a different version of the website on mobile, a simpler and lighter version with no blocks, grids etc.
You will have to create two versions of a page. One for desktop with the page builder or in any way possible. Also one for mobile, this is limited to the mobile editor and it’s simple capabilities
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jeHTSQZauy
Thanks
P.S. I just did the same as above for Module 4 td_block-1 and obtain the desired results but it does not show the “Read More”.
See Luxurious Properties on my home page sidebar.
Hey,
I’m trying to build a nice travel blog, but one important part for this is how post block appear with nice title, nice summit, nice button ” read more ” …
When i choose a grid, can i customize it ? i mean make the tittle different, change space between element, change the button ( translate it ) and mode ?
i didn’t find the block on theme panel to customize this. I can only choose some grid and change them with 6 different styles, but can we do more ?
Thanks for helping.
Max
I tried that like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/vucdgeVb
Result – https://www.screencast.com/t/pyn9sJAOnX
Code used
do_shortcode ('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_2"]')
Hi,
That page you provided leads to a 404 page – http://prntscr.com/kdr9ze
Filtering the content displayed by blocks in pages would not be a difficult task considering the many options available.
Check which categories each block is set to pick posts from. Edit the page with the composer and click on the blocks. See what categories are used
– http://prntscr.com/kdrbgv
If 2 blocks have the same filtering the posts will be the same.
The reason a post is showing in a block is because it belongs there according to the filtering you use. It is included in a category used in the filter.
Thanks
Can someone pls help our website is not showing the video block on mobile/cellphone.
but showing on desktop.
And our lead gen subscription block through thrive leads shows well on desktop but not on mobile.
Appreciate your response at the soonest.
I want that the whole center block moves to the left.
As I refer to the website in this image. The website content is moved to the left site in order to ad ads to the whole right site.
Regards,
Lukas
Hi,
The author can be enabled in blocks/modules here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sAP8SEAlx6L
For the post page and author box here – https://www.screencast.com/t/2Th20ub0
Without displaying these the website visitors would have no way of reaching the author page.
The redirection issue happens in most cases if the author archives are disabled in the Yoast settings here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wRDIQDWeLEl
Please check if that is the case.
The code you mention is required by Google to be available in the post pages. If not loaded you will have structured data errors
– https://kb.yoast.com/kb/fixing-hcard-author-error/
The theme loads all the necessary structured data by default.
Thanks
Hi,
That is possible, for example a code like this will remove only the slider meta
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ahalhw7qp6g
.td_block_slide .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
Try it, it should work. Let me know if this is not what you wanted.
Thanks

I’m trying to add a background image to my front page behind Block 5. See the screenshot.
The problem is the image is really pixelated. I’m using an image that is 4000 pixels wide.
Other settings:
General Tab
Vertical Align: Top Setting
Row Stretch: Stretch Row and Content (but I’ve tried them all)
Extra Class: td-travel-header
CSS Tab
Background Style: Cover
Background Position: Center Center
H. Align: Center
Display: Show
All the other settings are default.
It doesn’t seem to work for me.
I am trying to load custom ad 2 starting from the second page. Here is the code I am tried using…
if ($current_page > 1) {
$buffy .= td_global_blocks::get_instance(‘td_block_ad_box’)->render(array(‘spot_id’ => ‘custom_ad_2’));
}
Here is my smart list 6 page code…

Home page dark top should like like the home page dark top of video news demo. We have selected row strech option of the block row in composer, we still have a white background band between menu and block row as you can see at the top of our home page.
Hi,
How would I access the author page, except looking through the page source? You seem to removed author name for blocks and also from the post pages, there are no author boxes as well.
Do you use the Yoast SEO plugin or a SEO plugin with author archive settings?
Hi and thank you for your reply.
I will follow your suggestion.
Can you inform me about which BlocK is used to Latest Articles and If my developer will be able to change that to Block 5 (I want full screen photo for mobile)?
Thank you.
Hi,
The flex block does have an option to display the whole post meta above the thumbnail
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pHYtwWPk
You could use flex blocks instead of predefined blocks. Doe to their flexibility, one can build entire pages with flex blocks
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
The subtitle can be positioned anywhere in the single post page. Drag and drop it in the location that you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BQWfdagWzlZl
That is easily done with the cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer, post template can be design in many ways
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
More beautiful templates will be added in coming updates, for posts as well.
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to display custom post types in a page? Blocks can display custom post types, this is specified in the block settings guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
All you have to do is to enter the post type name in the required field, example in my case with the default CPT plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rgCYhbKSfyKK
I have recently installed Newspaper theme and kept the Article Display view on Module 4.
Also, I have enabled 324X235 Module 4 in Block Settings, but when I preview it shows to enable 324X160 Size in Block Settings.
Can you please kindly help me solving the problem. I want to keep it as Module 4 view, also i have attached screenshots below:
Screenshot 1: https://imgur.com/a/bLX6iar
Screenshot 2: https://imgur.com/a/UUqh04z
Screenshot 3: https://imgur.com/a/nTp1Opv
Thank You, waiting for your response
Many thanks.
How to disable the meta info? – only on a particular ios-slider? I persume I have to add some css in the block itself?
Many thanks!
Hello mjehangir,
Try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> custom CSS area.
.home .td-footer-wrapper .td_block_template_3{
display:none;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9Ul5xx236Bx
Thanks.
