This problem appears when the images are not loaded/cropped as expected. To fix this problem, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Also, check your Modules/Blocks thumbs to be activated from theme panel, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ Also, after this you should regenerate your thumbnails using Force Regenerate or Thumbnails Regenerate.

If you want to re-create such an element from another demo, notice that you should do it yourself using such a custom CSS code because this thing involves doing such a custom work as we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! In this case, notice that is talking about a simple block 18 which is added in the Widgets section and sorted by popular categories, as I have pointed you above. Notice that the theme does not have any kind of option that allows you to add a banner ad to the category pages, sorry! If you want to add this, you should use the do_shortcode method and add it to the category template used by you. I believe this is a misunderstanding. Setting a featured image or video for each post is a necessary thing to do, in order to display thumbnails on different elements. The theme will create the thumbnails that will represent the post on modules/blocks/grids from that featured image

At the moment there is no option to automatically pick the first image from the post content and use it as featured. These images have to be set manually.

Sorry for the inconveniences you are facing using the theme and theme plugins. It is not our intention to cause such issues. The tagDiv composer is in continuous development, it’s functionality and features may change in the future. Currently this composer will be activated automatically the moment the theme is updated or installed. So if Visual composer is preferred and used instead, it will have to be deactivated in these cases.
The transition basically means that pages have to be recreated with the tagDiv composer. There is a level of compatibility between the two composers, elements like blocks and grids share the same shortcodes.

There is a level of compatibility between the two composers, to make the transition easier. The theme elements like blocks and grids use the same shortcodes, so if there are no issues on the pages, you don’t have to recreate them. Pages that contain Visual composer specific elements will have to be recreated with the tagDiv composer however.
