Thanks @Chris for your help!
@INSPIRELLE I’ve checked your site and now it works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/IADVC2OSv If you still have this issue try to update the theme at V 2.3.6, and Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.

Hi
After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.

Hi,
Maybe this is your issue:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/
If the wordfence plugin is not the one causing it, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thank you!
Hello BrunoBerlanga,
Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. If your problem is still there after this and if you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect your problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Please try to deactivate all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
This could be a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If the problem is still there, please try to increase your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
(All of the reports on this error were caused by wordfence so in your case it could have been the cache not being cleared)
Thank you!

Hi
I am not sure why this happens on your site as the theme is tested and pagination works fine on search page.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re suing the test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. These issues are mostly caused by plugin conflicts.
Thank you!
Hello Philcomputing,
Please ensure that you have correctly set it your sidebar for your Category page in order to achieve the same result as on your normal page and post. For more information about category sidebar, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for your message!
Hi,
@dollarnnaire I;m not sure what poster counter you are referring to at the end of a post. The counters are on top and they are the comment count and the view count. Both counts can be deactivated from here: http://screencast.com/t/31enZWlNvt6V
@Castle Yen
These options can be deactivated from the screenshot I showed above. A post view is counted on every refresh of the page. On every loading of the post page, however if you use a caching plugin the post views are being cached as well. In this case you need to use the ajax post view counter: http://screencast.com/t/MgiUxnBZe
Thank you!

Hello newsblaze,
First of all, please ensure that your System Status are correctly increased to the higher value according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please make you sure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2 that come bundled with our latest update 6.7.2. Please check your Ad code to be the correct one because it would be most likely that the theme does not support your code. Also, try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and rule out the conflicting plugins and check after the results.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Sorry for the late answer but we had Monday off as we celebrated Easter here. Please try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. this issue is mostly caused plugin conflicts. Hello VoZz,
As you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/0QHgKfiZWt these are all dimensions from all the thumbs that our theme uses for the featured images. Please ensure that you have correctly added your images. Also, please ensure that this issue does not come from your untested plugins which could create this problem. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can try to use Thumbnail Regenerate & Force Regenerate for your thumbs and check after the results.
Hope this helps. If you need more guidance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the issue.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello saffamatt,
I have checked your website and I saw that you have some js errors in your console. I suspect this issue come from your untested plugins which interfere with the theme and could create some unknown issue. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Before this, you can try to disable the lazy load feature from theme panel if this is active, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Wmjkad9U
Also, please try to update the theme to the latest version (6.7.2) and the Visual Composer (4.11.2).
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi,
I hope you are well. Beautiful template, very happy with it so far. Decided to use one of the demos, however it seems to be missing the ‘Category top post’ style, even after applying it.
For example, mine currently will not change past three ‘featured’ defaults : My Site Featured Posts
Exactly what I’d like to do, the demo’s: Demo Site Featured Posts
My settings are as follows: My Settings, Global
I have attempted clearing my cache, and checking if this is meant to be done within Visual Composer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Well … if you have not done so, you should update theme and VC plugin to latest version as WP 4.5 changed the version of jquery used and so lots of things “broke” — there is a workaround for advanced users to load older version of Jquery, but likely too much for you.
I would first try updating your theme and VC plugin if not already done ….
a) try clearing cache – please tell me how to do this
* if you’re using a caching plugin, or using something like GoDaddy which has a “cache” feature — you need to “clear” it after updating a theme.
b) try turning off lazy loading images – please tell me what are they, all images are very-very small
* this is one of the options in the theme; see the docs on how to use the theme.
c) try not using JetPack or Photon – dont have them
* good 😉
d) try clearing transients with wp-optimize please tell me how to do this
* install the plugin, “wp-optimize” (free on wordpress.org), and then use it !
Thank you!
(( I don’t work here, but using TagDiv themes for 2.5 years and WordPress since 2004 … )

Hello,
The icons for Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, etc is not showing up in the post sharing buttons. Instead of buttons, a small white box appears.
See it here: http://www.screencast.com/t/Uyf8f6aa
It only happens in chrome. Cleared my cache, history, and even re-installed the chrome, but still nothing.
Please help ASAP!
Hi,
Ally my front page dynamic content, and the login pop up form, and the search bar that pop ups when you click on the search icon all stopped working all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago.
Anything that queries .com/# doesn’t seem to be working.
I have deactivated all plugins one by one and the issue persists. I’ve also diabled the caching plugin, and minification and cleared my browser cache.
Any help?
This also happen to my site. At first I thought it was cache problem. But my cache program is running fine.
