background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.21)!important;
}
.td-footer-wrapper .td_block_wrap {
border-right: 3px solid red;
padding-right: 10px;
}
Here is a screenshot as my soon is in coming soon mode.
I can give you my logins in private if necessary.
Thank you for your help 🙂

Hello,
I have checked again and only on firefox I could see the missing images. This issue is caused by a javascript error that conflicts with the lazyload animation from our theme. Usually it’s a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Then check your images again. If this originates from another source and it’s not a plugin conflict (maybe custom code) then you can either revert the theme to it’s default state or disable the lazyload effect from here: http://screencast.com/t/r91bybuXP
Thank you!
Hello @tkvmai, @satyenhacks,
In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.7. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.7 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.
3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.
Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue. Also, please provide the link to this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
After you disable plugins, please also clear cache and reset cdn to make sure they are properly removed. Then test again. If plugins are not the cause, then also check your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/system+status/
Also if you have custom modification of the theme files, check them again and restore the theme to it’s default state. You can also update your theme to the latest version.
If none of these do the trick then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can investigate this issue. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks.

Hi
I’ve checked your site and the margin above the header don’t appear on my site now: http://screencast.com/t/uTOwOIvDjm If you still have this issue try to clear mobile device cache memory and test again.

Hi
1. I’ve checked your site with the ad-block enabled and the logo it’s displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/31fiUVRA However the theme cannot control the action of ad-block software. The ad-block is an extension which act on the browser and it’s action is not related with the theme.
2. The favicon it’s displyed fine on my site: http://screencast.com/t/RVeNn7gMr If you still have this issue clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
It works for me too now, thank you ! 🙂
I guess I had a problem with my cache.
Have a nice day,
Sarah
Hello eddycom,
I suppose that your duplicate images appear when you are using the smart list on your website, true? In this case, can appear duplicate images when you does not properly use this feature. Please try to set your smart lists according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/ (for smart lists we recommend to use single template style 5 for posts for avoiding the duplicate images).
Another possibility in this case would be ->
Duplicate images on smart lists usually are the result of using the Photon feature of the Jetpack. If you use this feature please disable it as it is known to cause issues with our theme.
If the problem is still there, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear your cache as other plugins could also conflict with the smart lists. Also, if you are using “strange” characters (!@#$%^&*/”- etc) in ALT tag, the image will be twice. I have added this issue to our list of fixes and in next major updates will solve this problem. Until we will fix this issue, please try to remove these kinds of symbols in ATL tag for better results.
Also, and last but not least, please use post template 5 when you are using the smart list for better results. For more information about smart list, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
Usually css issues are caused by plugin incompatibility. Please try to disable all your plugins excerpt visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check your 404 page again.
If the problem is still there without plugins please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Catalin,
First, thank you for answering.
In fact I always used the Ajax enabled mode and plugins are the same and never occurred problems of the kind since I use the Newspaper.
Anyway, I took the test that you indicated and not solved.
The problem started a week ago and the only change made was a clean reinstallation of WordPress with import of the old installation database with a copy of each table (except wp-options), but I think this could not have caused harm or could it?
In my log errors I found some occurrences that I copy below. This can be a clue?

If you look at the style.css file it does say v 6.7
Obviously you need to clear your cache prior to upload, then clear cache after update in both site/cdn (as applicable) and browser.
You can often “over-write” in place, however this can sometimes lead to confusion if there are files removed and no longer used. Deleting old folder and upload new one is best practice, and that’s how WP does it when installing its own content.
Up to you – if it WORKS for you, then keep doing it. If not, do it the clean (proper?) way of deleting old folder(s), upload new ones.
Often you can do this in place without changing to Twenty Sixteen first if your transients work properly, as if done quickly, you’re hiding the update from WP while you do it. Then when you login it automagically is loading the new files (transients are mini-caches).
Good luck all!
Hi !
I have the same issue and tryed this CSS but it doesn’t work.
I also tried this one that I used in my previous site but it doesn’t work either. I already purged the cache.
.td-header-gradient:before {
display: none !important;
}
Thank you for your help. ♥

Hello eddycom,
1)I have checked your website and saw the problem with your Big Slide 1. This kind of behaviour appears when your posts have not set the feature image and the placeholder it not activated. Please try to activate this option and make sure that your posts have featured image activated -> http://screencast.com/t/s7nLeqQ6
For more information about these settings, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ Also, as a hint, you can try to find some plugins to get the first image on your post to be featured image. Most of our customers use Auto Post Thumbnail Pro in this case but please notice that is not a tested plugin and we cannot provide support for this type of plugin.
2)Unfortunately, I cannot inspect your banner ad because I cannot find it on your website. So, please ensure that you have entered the right code in each field from our theme. I have tested on my side with another Ads and it display as expected. Also, please ensure that your code supports 728*90 size in order to achieve best results. For more information about Ads implementation, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ad/ Also, I saw that you are using some untested plugins which could create some interferences in our theme and could cause some errors in it. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
I have tested this on my end again but it still works as expected. Please make sure you save your changes and update your post. If certain settings from the back-end do not apply on your end, please try to increase your system status parameters by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can also test this without any plugins to rule out any conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
I have excluded two categories in big grid at Homepage, but still showing them.

Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of the theme. Try to update the theme at the current version available on themeforest, V 2.3.5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ clear all caches and test again.
Let me know ho it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. It’s most likely a plugin conflict that interferes with the css.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello fabinhoalmeida,
Your updating to our latest version of the theme surely does not affect your post count view. This kind of issue might be caused by your untested plugins. Please ensure that this kind of issue does not come from there. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible as some untested plugins to create interference with the theme creating these issues. This is how it looks my post editor -> http://screencast.com/t/Yd8n6hke Also, please make sure that you have enabled Ajax count, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Yvy4xaK3
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Thanks, Catalin! I have tested the code both in the iPad-landscape section (currently in) and Custom CSS section – both empty so far, no custom code set before…
Works now! Cache refreshed 😉
Hi
I’ve checked a post from your site and the font-size for post content, for p elements, is by 13px as it’s indicated in your screen: http://screencast.com/t/4Xq0e60T
If you still have this issue try to clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
