Hey everyone,

Hope all is well.

Just imported the Real Estate Pro demo and am having a small issue where the posts aren’t loading correctly on the site. Recorded a loom clip to show you: https://www.loom.com/share/8be9daba72104c4eb0960875b256ea6f

Have already cleared cache and turned off the plugin (Siteground Optimizer) but that didn’t fix it, unfortunately.

Any tips?

Thank you!

Hello,

We had the same problem.
We deleted and reinstalled tagDiv Composer. We have cleared the cache.
The problem is fixed. We use LiteSpeed Cache.

Best Regards!

Hi Anamaria,

Like all other pages on the website, I edited the checkout page along with its header using tagDiv Composer. I love tagDiv Composer! Yes, I took note of all viewing sizes when editing them.

Yes, I did edit them with Viewport for Phone in mind. All viewing sizes in fact. That said, no other pages on the website are having this issue. Except for that checkout page. And that baffles me.

No custom code CSS was added. I don’t know how to write and edit a line of CSS.

Also, I’ve already checked with my hosting provider, Cloudways. The support Team at Cloudways said it wasn’t a cache issue as well.

Writing here and asking for help is a last resort. I’ve been trying to solve this issue myself for days. To no avail. Looking forward to your help.

Best,
Adi

Hello Anamaria, I did the following:

– Unactivate the plugin from Newspaper panel
– Delete the plugin from WP Plugins
– Install plugin and activate it from Newspaper
– Empty website cache

But it’s still there

Hello @lagaylife !

Our plugins shouldn’t uninstall themselves. Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Thank you!

Hello,

It seems you have a mobile theme plugin and this is displayed on the desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/QeZYJuW.png
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please edit the Single Post template, and check if there is added the element Single Featured Image.

Thank you!

Hello,

No, it is not down.
I think an object cache causes the problem -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/. Please check the guide and delete the file and try after to activate the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin; if they are, author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case: http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.
For the error zone, please do a test using only tagdiv plugins; sometimes this error is caused by a plugin conflict.

Thank you!

Hi, I have disabled everything that could interfere as suggested, so I disabled the combine CSS and JS function and also disabled the minify CSS and JS, I cleared the cache both on site and on Cloudflare, I also reloaded the header but the problem continues to persist, I can’t live access the menu and search as you can check yourself, so what’s the problem now that it won’t let me use a theme function? Thank you.

thanks Calin, the main image problem has been solved.

I have manually inserted the ad codes, so will see how it pans out.

This point “The problem with the featured image I believe appears only when you are not logged in and the cache is applied, if so, then it can be related to some css or js that is minified.
If is them same when you are logged in, what I can suggest is to replace the featured BG image with the featured image, indeed that effect that you have right no will no longer exist, but this problem with unclear images should be resolved.”

This I did not understand, just for clarity, i want to say it is only seen in the second article below any articles when using the infinite scrolling option.

Regards

Hi dennispillai,

1. If you are using auto ads, then you need to set the code only once in the theme panel and this will display the ads randomly on the website, which is considering the AdSense algorithm. Also, if the post/article is sorted is possible that no ads to be displayed.
My recommendation, in this case, is to use standard ads (basic ads/standalone ads) – https://developers.google.com/adsense/host/adunits

2. I believe you are referring that the image is blurred – https://i.imgur.com/RyQOTXf.jpg this is because the image is not set in full size when was set – https://i.imgur.com/VWb7lSV.jpg
The problem with the featured image I believe appears only when you are not logged in and the cache is applied, if so, then it can be related to some css or js that is minified.

Hello!

The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
To have the layout also on desktop(which I do not recommend it), you’ll need a cache plugin which does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

Hello,

The problem is caused by siteground plugin, which combines the css and js, please disable those options and delete the cache -> https://i.imgur.com/iKWrswu.png

Just using my fd mobile and search my site in google.
The result is the same, the cloud templates header would not used (same as above image).

Search the questions, it may be problem of “Cache”? But I am not sure.

Hello Maureen!

We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
