They are not working as they should, even on the desktop. I can see that you have some errors in the console. Something is blocking the Ajax processes there.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Usually, this situation can appear from the cache, please make sure that the cache plugin you use can make a mobile cache that is delivered separately.
Another suggestion is to set the cache to be deleted/clean automatically at a shorter time interval (1-2 hours).

I just checked, and I think the problem is caused by elementor plugins. Please do a test using only the tagdiv plugins.

Please delete the cache and see the results! If the alignment is good in the composer editor, it should be good in the front end as well. Make sure you do not have any extra CSS.
