Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems alright. It could be a cache problem. Delete your cache and try again.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Thank you!
Hello @dimitrisv!
Usually, when you click on author name, you should be redirect to author page.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case: http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.
Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and I can see those subcategories from homepage, but not all the time from a category page.
It is about the javascript which is not working sometimes.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello,
I just verified your website and now seems the footer is the same for the homepage and posts => https://www.screencast.com/t/io0xqsj0t
Maybe was a problem related to cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
This is driving me nuts… when I’m logged in, a new logo in the footer is showing, when I logout it doesn’t show. I have cleared the cache on page, the browser, tried other remote work stations… nothing helps.
When I edit the footer on the main page, it appears correctly, but once the editor is closed and you look at it on other devices is see the following.
What is going on?
The Main page footer is only showing: https://www.ud5020.com/content/Screen-Shot-2021-09-28-at-8.10.24-PM.png
While a post footer is showing: https://www.ud5020.com/content/Screen-Shot-2021-09-28-at-5.26.28-PM.png
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Going straight to the point.
I (we) need additional “Sort order:” for option available from Block >> Filter >> Sort order.
The additional sort order needed is “Random posts from last 24 hours” option so that we can display some random posts created in the last 24 hours for our readers.
The Random posts Today option will not work if the time is between 00:00 hours to 06:00 hours when no posts have been created yet, so the “Random posts from last 24 hours” make much sense.
I have edited td-composer plugin to achieve the needed result, but is there a way to get a custom code I can use so that the next update will not overwrite my customization and break the site.
Note 1: the customization was affected by lscache plugin, so it doesn’t randomize on page reload until the next cache purge, which is understandable
Below are the files edited in the plugin.
File: td_data_source.php
Location: /plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php:
Lines Edited: 238 – 244
case 'random_last_24':
$wp_query_args['orderby'] = 'rand';
$wp_query_args['date_query'] = array(
'column' => 'post_date_gmt',
'after' => '24 hours ago'
);
break;
File: td_config.php
Location: /plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php:
Line Edited: 39184 (added)
'Random posts from last 24 hours' => 'random_last_24',
Hello,

Hello,
As my colleague said, this error is not related to the theme. Please make sure you deleted the ads code from wherever you set it, and clear all cache and see if the error persists in the console.
Also, if your site (*& AdSense account) is brand new, you should wait between 1 and 5 days to be verified by the AdSense Team. Within this time, you may not see the ads (you will see blank space). If the issue is still there, contact AdSense Team.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check in your SEO plugin and make the changes, clear the cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
thank you for your answer.
I am with the version of Newspaper 8.6
I already tried to put the last version 11x, but I lose all my layout and my site does not look like the current one … 🙁
on the other hand, on the status page, I am offered Newspaper 8.7.2, should I try to install it ?
I also uninstalled tagDiv Composer and reinstalled, but it didn’t change anything.
for the plugins, I only have “tadDiv Composer” and “tagDiv Social Counter” activated and up to date.
On the status page I have the following elements:

WP Memory Limit 64 Mo/request
WP_DEBUG False
Caching plugin No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache
I added the missing element in .htaccess, but as it is, it doesn’t change the problem.
thanks for your help.
Hello!
Unfortunately, we have not tested this cache plugin, so we can’t say if it will work or not. You will have to test and see. Also please note that we don’t offer support for untested plugins.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
You can try with the file: /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_posts_autoload.min.js
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to edit the posts, with tagDiv Composer, please make sure you use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0
Also, if you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
This post was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Also, if you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello,
Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Also, it should look like this => https://i.imgur.com/aIm8uoR.png
Thank you!
Hello,
So I understand you want to add some more social share options, for this please go to Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Sharing => https://i.imgur.com/YIC4YXz.png and select the social networks.
Please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
I made a test with my mobile phone and for me looks to display the content like in your first screen -> https://i.imgur.com/OPEQQBF.png if I’m right in the second one the image are there but are not display, most of the time when this problem appears, those images have opacity 0, this can be from a lazyload per images or some cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

Post auto loading feature is great and increases number of page views and decreases bounce rate. As you can see in the image below.
https://snipboard.io/CQUgLr.jpg
But this auto load feature works only when I purge all wp-rocket caches. Notice the sudden decrease in the image above. Within 24 hours auto load feature doesn’t work. As you can see the sudden increase of bounce rate in the picture below.
https://snipboard.io/BLgShw.jpg
With auto load I get 2x more page views and 40% low bounce rate normally.
I think there is something to do with the wp-rocket and auto load conflict. I checked it several times, compared it with google analytics and the result is that when I purge the cache, auto load feature works, then after 24 hours I just see square waiting animated icon of the Newspaper theme.
To be sure, again I have just purged the cache to see the difference and here is another result:
https://snipboard.io/5lK6nU.jpg
I can’t figure out the solution. You can see it here:
https://www.english-learn-online.com/vocabulary/classroom-objects/learn-classroom-objects-vocabulary-in-english/
If it works in the above link then it means I have just purged the cache.
Possible scenario:
Maybe wp-rocket plugin defers or blocks javascript that functions as auto load. >> If so, is there a js file or javascript function that I should stop defering in wp-rocket?
Did the Problem get solved? I got the same Problem… just stumbled upon and i can’t get it to work. Activated Modal Images, cleared Cache, checked custom css… it only works manually at the moment.
Hi,
This problem is happen when you are logged and you check the mobile version in the browser? Because it can be from a cache plugin or form an extra plugin that you are using.
Please make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is persisting or not.
Please let me know the results.
Hi,
Usually, this problem is caused by the cache plugin that you are using it doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache on the cache plugin that you use.
Thank you!
Hi,
This problem was always appear? when you were login and when you were not?
If was only when you were not logged, then it is from cache, but if is always, then there can be a different problem that need to be investigated.
Thank you!
Hi there. The problem is the Revolution slider, which is only shown to unregistered users and is not shown to registered users, it is documented in the previous posts. That is the problem, when it enters the web if it loads everything that happens that I do not know because the first time the theme does not dump everything in the browser cache, only when it updates the second time.
