Hello,

Please enable this option: https://i.imgur.com/xmyQUIk.png, and the sorting option should work with the cache plugin.

Thank you!

Hello,

If this is working after you flush the cache, then your cache plugin doesn’t have an option for mobile cache to be flushed. What cache plugin do you use?

Thank you!

Hello,

The mobile version of our site doesnt show new posts on the front end mobile version. I am not running tagdivs mobile plugin. The only way it updates is if I flush the dynamic cache. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Info found in the documentation is kind of contradictory – it says there that “This sorting option will not work with cache plugins.” and on the same page there’s a screenshot stating that if this option is turned on that it will be a calculation of estimation of posts popularity, if used with caching plugin.

We are running WP Rocket caching plugin with this option turned on for 7 days now but no posts are showing at all. Is it possible that some theme JS that tracks posts views is not being executed? Is there a way we can confirm that post views are being tracked by the theme?

Hi,

Thank you for checking, this happens when you check the website out using a desktop and happens on every page I check.

https://www.multippl.com

I tested in my staging site as you mentioned, by deactivating all plugins except tagDiv and the same thing happened.

I currently do not have a cache plugin.

Please could you help resolve the issue of the category tabs moving right when you hover over an article please!

All the best
Thomas

Hello,

This issue is strange. I don’t think that this issue is related to the WPML plugin.
Also, what version of WordPress, theme, WPML, and PHP do you have?
You can check our documentation here https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
You need to translate the English (original language) the template for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them for each language cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png. After, if you duplicate the template, you can edit it to change the logo, menu, and whatever you want.
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-strings-on-wpml/

Thank you!

Hello!

It depends on the cache plugin settings that can interfere with the theme. Address this issue to the plugin developers. Do not use multiple caching tools as well.

Hello!

I’ve tested it on my end, and it should work well. Disconnect your Twitter account from the theme panel and connect it again. Make sure there is no error. Add the correct Twitter ID to the social counter shortcode. Clear all the cache and check the results. Make sure there is not a plugin conflict.

Thank you!

Hello!

First of all, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

I’ve tested on my end and couldn’t recreate this issue.
You can try to make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
In the Style tab, you can change the color of the category tag.

Thank you!

Hello,

The issue is caused by an option from Litespeed cache plugin. You can disable one by one from those options https://i.imgur.com/9gDvkUr.png, clear the cache and check after the functionality.

Thank you!

We decided not to use the Titles in that manor because of this issue. But now we are unable to use cache plugin since we inserted that code in the live css even though it has been deleted.

After deleting the WP Fastest Cache plugin (and ensuring the plugin folder was removed from the server), I switched to the WP-Optimize plugin to manage caching. Unfortunately, as soon as I turned on its caching feature, all Ads (managed via the Advanced Ads plugin) disappeared. Turning off caching immediately brought the Ads back.

Currently, I am not using a caching plugin despite the fact that we have been using them seamlessly for years alongside the Advanced Ads plugin and the Newspaper theme (which we’ve been using since Newspaper 8).

Even though I no longer need the custom CSS code, I need to understand why cache plugins are now causing this issue. Is there something lingering from the deleted code or changes made through the live CSS that might be interfering?

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as I need to restore caching functionality without affecting the Ads.

So, what do I do without AMP?

I found out it was conflicting with a WP cache plugin.

Pretty sure bad actors are burdening my site with 20,000+ weekly uncached requests at /wp-json/tdw/save_css. I’ve seen guidance to disable Live CSS in td-composer.php to alleviate this issue. What functionality will I lose when I disable this? The ability to make CSS edits in the TD Composer?

Hello,

I see that you have a Litespeed cache plugin. This plugin creates an object cache file, so please check this guide to delete the file: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ and try to activate the theme. If you not managed to solve the issue, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access.

Thank you!

Hello,

This problem is caused by the object cache that you have on the website.
Please check if you have an object cache file in wp-content, please delete it and try again to activate the license -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Thank you!

Hi,
as you can see from the image on this link https://ibb.co/DRgzLnL I can no longer enter “limit post number”, “offsetpost”, “excerpt length”, “custom title” and “title url”.
I tried to deactivate all Newspaper plugins, clear the cache and then reactivate the plugins but the problem remains.
The situation is very unpleasant. In all these years that I use the Newpaper theme I have never had this kind of problem.
I’m waiting for your help.

Thanks,

I added the code to the live CSS, and at first, everything seemed resolved. The titles appeared as we wanted. However, an hour later, I received a call that all the ads were missing from the site. I immediately removed the code from the live CSS and cleared the cache, and the ads reappeared.

Unfortunately, the ads started disappearing every five to ten minutes until I cleared the cache again. After going through this cycle several times, I finally deactivated the WP Fastest Cache plugin.

We have been using the Advanced Ads plugin with the Newspaper theme for five years and added the WP Fastest Cache plugin about ten months ago. We have never experienced this issue before. Do you know of any compatibility issues when using live CSS with either of these plugins? Are there any known conflicts between these plugins and the Newspaper theme?

Hello, I’m configuring the theme (12.6.8), but when saving any information in the theme panel, it keeps saving forever.

I have already disabled the cache plugins, increased memory to 512, PHP Version 8.3.10 and nothing happens.

Can you help me?

Hello!

Go to the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Theme fonts -> Modules and Blocks General : https://app.screencast.com/RdFO7xZFAPU1s
Save the settings, clear the cache, and check the results.

Hello,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins, including WP Bakery, except tagDiv ones. Also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’ve tried the steps provided, including disabling the plugin cache and adding the Single Post Views element in tagDiv Composer, but the post views counter still isn’t working. Could you please take a look? See links https://prnt.sc/gPyUITCOff3chttps://prnt.sc/gPyUITCOff3c https://prnt.sc/AnZuk1JeyLx7 https://prnt.sc/QzXvRs-8h42q
