Hi Vlad (again):

I followed your instructions, only to be told that folder for the “td-composer” plugin already existed. So I FTP’d in and deleted the folder, cleared my cache and still nothing. It then occurred to me to check the plugins panel and it turned out the “Official AMP” plugin was installed but not activated. I activated it and everything was fine.
Thanks for you help,
Alejandro

Hi there

This is a suggestion for better purpose, seem like you don’t have any support for litespeed cache, while wp super cache doesn’t have support for persistent object cache, AMP work better with persistent object cache enable, so is there any chance in the future newspaper with provide support for LSCache

Thank you for the great work with the theme

Hey,

I use WP Rocket plugin for cache but when this plugin is activated the mobile menu doesn’t work on phones, can you just send me the list of the files which I should exclude(css/js) from cache so it will work again?

Thanks

Hi,

In the first website it looks like first it loads a small thumbnail of the logo
https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.106/15r.b95.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Copy-of-Small-Cap-Portal-150×88.png
Then it switches to a bigger one
https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.106/15r.b95.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Copy-of-Small-Cap-Portal-300×86.png
What sizes have you used when setting the logo in the theme panel
http://prntscr.com/ok8p39http://prntscr.com/ok8p9h

The second website looks like this for me on mobile – http://prntscr.com/ok8pvm If you are seeing a different logo, it could be due to the browser cache.

The third website in the disclaimer page looks like this for me
http://prntscr.com/ok8r7shttp://prntscr.com/ok8rd0
This could also be a caching issue if you don’t see it like this.

Let me know.
Thanks

Hello !

I’ve seen that it loads every time but it does take a time to load. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme-related plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also, try updating your page speed: Here is a tutorial on how to increase it: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ as you can see here you need to improve some things in order to make your page better: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/portalacionista.com.br/v6qP33jK

You could try to request Google to recrawl and reindex your URL

Hello !

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello Simion,
The current load speeds on GTMetrix are after going through all the recommended site and server adjustments, and running a couple optimization plugins plus reSmushit image compression. I removed one block of news posts and thumbnails which sped up the loading a little. I think the only option left to me to try and get below a 2 seconds load is to use a CDN to cache files and close more of the news blocks.

About the flashing and blue color mentioned; I added the code that Catalin posted and it improved slightly.

Can you tell me where in the theme files the blue color is coded as the default color? I will replace it.

Thank you,
Lon

So, this is what I see locally on my Mac using three different browsers.

Chrome
Chrome

Firefox
Firefox

Safari
Safari

The only difference is that I never use Safari. It only saw the site after I enabled the new image. This tends to point to some stale CSS or object that’s been cached on the first two browsers which is getting re-served to them when they visit the site even after the browser caches are cleared. But I have no cache plugins.

Using Chrome Inspector shows that the sites which DON’T show that image have a td-header-sp-rec DIV of 728×0. Those which DO show that second image have a td-header-sp-rec DIV of 728×114.

1. I don’t have any other plugins except for the ones that the theme requires.
2. I’m not using any child theme nor any cache plugins.

I just installed the theme on a clean WordPress instance, installed the demo content from the theme, and now I’m trying to change that image with an image that I uploaded in media library. When I try to change the image I get this error.

Hi, printing3d.
I’d be happy if I could help.

I am using WP rocket because only WP rocket provides the option of caching for mobile devices and separate cache files for mobile devices. Please use WP rocket and enable this option.

I noticed that cloudflare wasn’t responsible for this issue in the first place.

Also I use SiteGround as my hosting provider. They enabled the static cache from their end when I bought the hosting.

Since I am using WP rocket for caching I disabled both static and dynamic cache from SiteGround caching tool.

If your hosting provides caching functionality, disable static and dynamic cache that is provided by the hosting and use Wp rocket with the mobile option that I mentioned above.

You can enable the memcache in your hosting if they provide this option. Even without this, you are good to go.

If you need any further help, don’t hesitate. Reply with your issue and I’ll reply back for sure with what I know.

Good Luck.
