Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Lets make a test, please make a new post and publish it but do not clear the cache ( and provide mi some screenshots with that post ) also please provide a link were I can inspect if this post has or not publish.

Also you can try to deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and see if this is still happening.

In most cases this is happen because there is a plugin conflict or cache plugin, please deactivate all not theme plugin and clear all cache and see if this animation is still there.

If you are changing it in the theme panel and it does not change in the website, maybe you need to clear the cache. Also force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) or check in incognito.

First please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, also please check the code that you have set in custom code.

Please notice that you need the last version of theme in order to have full compatibility with WordPress 5.0.3
