Hi,
That could mean you have caching, check if that is the case and clear the cache. Either a caching plugin is installed or a server provided cache is present.
Also force refresh the page in the browser (Ctrl+Shift+R). That should take care of the problem.
Thanks
WP Super Cache increases my TFFB to 10 seconds, it’s really bad for my site, I’ve switched back to W3 Total Cache for now.
I also tested with an uploaded font I had around in the media libray, please see here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NcPCmqrB4j
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NhM0VHyKW76g
I applied that in the main menu – https://www.screencast.com/t/8HxbpLF2
The font is loaded and applied – https://www.screencast.com/t/nnaCRgonW
So the same would have to happen for you. Do you have caching? clear the cache if that is the case, also force refresh the browser page a few times (Ctrl+Shift+R).
Really impossible? So you are telling me if you cache a webpage fully. So essentially it is HTML in the cache of the serving server. A logged in user will not populate that cache. Then the logged in version would not be served to all the following users till that cache is cleared?
Still sure impossible is the correct word?
How many licensed users would have to request this before you can give me a real fix instead of a patch? I am sure I could come up with enough.

@ryehillmedia2018! if you look under Appearance>Menus in your WordPress dashboard, you will see an option to assign a menu as “mobile menu” alongside other options like top header menu and header menu (main) as shown here http://prntscr.com/kdmspd (the mobile menu option will show at the end if you have the mobile plugin installed_. Make sure you have selected the main menu in that section and just tick the mobile menu option so that it now has the main menu and the mobile menu ticked and save. Clear your caches as above and check again if it worked. You can also create another menu and assign it to the mobile menu.
Try to clear you autoptimize cache and the wp super cache plugin cache (or cache for the plugin you use if not wp super cache) and see if it resolves the issue. Then debug your posts again as directed by Simion. I used the autoptimize plugin before and did not have issues with it, but I had disabled CSS and js minification for HTML. I now use fast velocity minify.
Hello whatawawu,
That problem might happen due to your Ads. It’s possible that your Ads size could be bigger than default and recommended size and that’s why you bring that error. Try to remove all of your Ad Codes from your spots, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Yes, Now It´s ok, I think the “manual clear cache” didn’t work for that.

Hi,
Could you provide a link to the website so we can take a look?
Do you use the mobile theme plugin? Does the error display at all times if you check in the browser inspector console?
Seems like a conflict with a code entered somewhere in the theme files or theme panel, or loaded by a plugin.
Are you absolutely sure that you deactivated all plugins (except theme plugins), all code added in theme files and in theme panel, deactivated the child theme if used, cleared cache or CDN if used. Remove any theme modifications you might have made.
Hi,
Now Twitter displays accurate information from what I can see

As in most cases, it probably was a caching issue. After updates try to clear the cache.
Hello Daniele,
Ensure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Keep in mind that the TD Composer has been fully tested and should works as expected, without any problem.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!

Thanks for the message!
I have followed this yesterday, still same issue. Please help me out to solve this. Because, It shows on the posts, which are new and not shown on the old posts only, because of cache. What to do?
Please check this setting in the theme panel, set it like shown in the screenshot
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OpgAzB6BUk
Then clear the cache and check. If you don’t have a caching plugin then there could be a server provided cache.
Sure that would be true unless you are doing the worlds best cacheing because your site is getting thousands of hits a second sometimes cause you have hundreds of thousands of visitors on push notifications. In which case many times it would show up for all your users not just those with author permissions.
Can you provide a real fix for this? Something I can put in my child functions.php or that is in the admin controls. I am not going to be able to update till I have somthing.
Hi, I have installed the last update of the newspaper theme, clear caches and re-install the social pluging, but twitter counter is standing in 3400 since two months ago. https://www.premarathon.com/ The other two are ok (FB and YT)
Hello ashubais,

Thanks for the message!
Hi meri,
Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Also, before this, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello wuchungpong,

Hello share24,
1)Your Facebook account seems to be private or unavailable. Please try to change the FB ID to another one, clear all the caches and check the results.
2)I have inspected your source page and I saw that you have such unknown classes and some CSS code which does not come from our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BxF1q8XHr Most likely, all of these comes from your untested plugins used by you. We recommend removing all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
3)Sorry, but Amazon ads has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected or not.
Thanks for the message!
Hello nevrion,
Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please try the below solution ->
Set up the below code in .htaccess!
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
