No, I don’t use Cloudflare, I use Openlitespeed with LS Cache, but my site is working well, I only need to know where or how can I disable that frame, that loads every time i open the website, or click on the logo, or refresh the page. As I said it comes from the right side of the desktop cover all the screen then turn back.
Hi,
Something is setting that property to the body of your website, I can’t tell exactly what where it is coming from. It also sets a height value for the body.
These are not coming from the theme. The theme does not align the whole body, each element has design of it’s own.
If you are not using any CSS code in the theme panel or use a child theme, then maybe it is a plugin. That would be easy to tell, deactivate theme all (except theme plugins) and check if the issue is fixed. Maybe clear the cache as well, also purge CDN files.
Or maybe use another code to deny this one, but that may lead to other issues. You could give it a try
body {
text-align: initial;
}
Thanks
Thank you so much.
I think the problem was the plugin cachify. I don’t know why but now it works. I use WP Fastest Cache now instead.
Hi,
That would be unusual. Do you use any caching, or have a caching plugin? try to delete the cache and check again. Check with a different browser as well.
If possible set a background and after that provide a link to the website and I will inspect it.
Thanks
For example https://howtofixwindows.com/transfer-windows-10-license-to-new-computer/
Microsoft edge and internet explorer browser not loading the page properly: http://prntscr.com/k8it7d (it’s loading centered ) Where Chrome browser load the same post url properly: https://snag.gy/vebUK5.jpg
recently upgrade the theme to 8.8.2 but now the post URLs loading like this can you tell me why it’s behaving like this?? whats wrong where i have updated all plugins with latest one. Also tried clear cache and load the page on different PC. Also tried disabling all plugins but the post load as previously on edge/internet explorer where chome load the post properly.
using plugins: Wp rocket, Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP), Really Simple SSL, tagDiv AMP, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, tagDiv Social Counter,tagDiv Speed Booster, Wordfence Security,WPS Hide Login,Yoast SEO Premium
Hi,
I found some suggestions you could try, give them a try
– https://www.stufeed.com/tech/wp-super-cache-how-to-resolve-the-pages-do-not-match-timestamps-differ-or-were-not-found/
– https://www.msgdigital.com/wp-super-cache-tester-pages-not-match-fix/
– https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/wp-super-cache-time-stamp-does
It should work, in my tests it seems to work – https://www.screencast.com/t/cd6xxZBmBA
.td-footer-page .fb_iframe_widget_fluid {
display: none!important;
}
Remove it and enter it like that. If you have a caching plugin clear the cache. Let me know.
Hi,
I have inspected your website and the Social Sharing icons seem to be correctly aligned, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QuU0XeGlIsHt This problem appears from your caches or CDN. In the future, if it will reappear you should clear all of your caches, browser caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello meithjain,
Check the post limit number! Maybe, this parameter is set up to 4 posts and that’s why you bring this results. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello crazydiver,
Do you have other untested plugins installed at your website? Please remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please make some useful screenshots with the error and provide them so I can identify the problem together with your website URL.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Vjcoil,
Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not contain any adroll-block class. Most likely, you are using some untested plugins which introduce that class into your theme code. Notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins and we recommend to remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. For more information about our ads, please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
Thanks for the message!
Hello RCounsell,
You should use the Google Analytics code. Please check the following useful guide from here -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-install-google-analytics-in-wordpress/ -> https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
The Analitycs Code should have to be added here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fc7l4hGXv Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hi,
We recommend the WP Super Cache, but that does not mean that other caching plugins will surely not work.
We only made tests with the super cache up to this moment, that is why we know there will be no problem with it and we recommend it. There are plenty of theme users that have other caching plugins.
You can also use Cloudflare for more speed improvements. I found some guides you can use for inspiration
– https://wpdingo.com/setup-wp-super-cache-cloudflare
– https://tutreal.com/wp-super-cache-cloudflare/
Be sure to test the website with online tools, see where you can improve. Using caching and Cloudflare should improve the performance considerably.
Thanks
Hello,
Just noticed cache is not working.
I use cloudflare and put it on development mode for cache testing purposes.
So far wp super cache doesn’t work as I continue to get time stamps do not match. I manually check and it’s right, the time stamps don’t match.
I have followed the wp super cache settings here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and for cloudflare here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Pulling my hair to understand why the cache is not working. Any possible ideas to why this maybe.
Thanks!
According to this manual WP Super Cache Plugin was approved by TagDiv team.
Does it mean that another cache systems are not compatible to Template officially?
P.S. Will try to install CloudFare soon.
Is it enough for pages peed optimization?
Dear Team,
Updated theme to latest version to use AMP but get an not an AMP page error even though its active for all posts. I saved the permalinks, clear cache tried different browser. Can you please check.
Thanks
Newspaper ver8.8
There are a lot of speed up ways for Template optimization.
Dear support team!
Could you advise what system better to install for NewsPaper 8.8?
WP super cache OR WP Fastest Cache?
I’ve installed WP Fastest Cache – my page speed was increased only 10 points – screenshot of PageSpeed result – https://www.screencast.com/t/m23K4405xc
Any other efficient ideas?
For a long time the page of the authors has not worked, it re-directs me to the home page. I want to solve it I have tried to disable all plugins and clear cache, but the problem continues.
Removed all plugins, cleared cache but it still not helped…
Hello doubleb,
You are talking about this item -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rNe0FxVRuat Please remove all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Trajce,
Try to clear all the caches, resave your permalinks and check the results. If you need more assistance, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I see the post appears in the top grid – http://prntscr.com/k7h9q9
Also in the category page – http://prntscr.com/k7h9x9
So the problem would be only with that block for some reason. The block displays posts as late as 14 may, and you have posts after that date in the category page. The block displays old posts, not the latest. Check what sorting is used for the block.
I see you also have caching, try as well to clear the cache. Check if this has any effect.
Thanks
It’s all right as you see:

Try to clear your cache or browser cache.
Hi,
That code works, see here – https://www.screencast.com/t/Hm6dqOWd5bwO
There would be no need to change it if it works. Maybe clear your cache or browser cache.
