Hello,
This is a very strange situation. Do you have the same plugins and options for both websites?
I think that you have a plugin conflict there. Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you add to exclude from the wp super cache plugin the cookies? Please clear the cache from both plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please enable the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin and clear the cache.
Thank you!
I am also using Autopmize plugin with WP Super Cache.
In my case it’s not working. I am using WP Super Cache and excluded the cookie: tdb_favourites in “Rejected Cookies” box of advance settings. My site link is https://sitenest.org/wpress-extractor-for-windows-and-mac-extracting-wpress-files/
Hi,
I did a lot of tests for this issue, but unfortunately I was only able to recreate this situation once, so I can’t give you a solution now, I’m sorry.
We have put this situation on our list of bugs and it will be checked in more detail and once we detect where this situation comes from (why the webp format is no longer applied when a cache is used) our developers will come up with a solution to solve it .
Thank you for taking the time to test and inform us about this situation!
Hello @naushad !
We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello Rozemarijn!
1. Did you check the multi option? For example: https://app.screencast.com/WBIgK0862EpQA
2. I’ve checked on the latest update of the theme and I can’t see this problem on our theme. Please make sure it is not a plugin conflict.
3. Yes. The terms will disappear if they have 0 posts. Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please clear the cache; it should work after you resave the theme panel settings.
Thank you!
We are months further and the more I work with your theme, the more amazed I am that you guys have really found the most complicated way to create a nice, smooth elegant mobile website. The problem I described still exists. Your image doesn’t show which plugin you use and that should matter. The theme should have its own cache options.
I am not using the mobile plugin because that’s even more horrifying to work with. But GOD please, when I setup a normal frontpage, please make the mobile pagina look the same as the desktop version: stop plying mindgames!!!
Thanks Calin for your reply, you guys probably are doing your best. I’m gonna try one or two days more to get it all setup, alythough I think I am just to simple miinded to grasp your theme….
Hi Calin,
In the theme version: 12.6.6, your dev fixed the reported issue CPT Featured Image Preload not working, thank you.
– For further Pages optimization, can you please check with the dev, if there is a way to Preload an image of a Flex Block 1 (for example).
To have <link rel=”preload” fetchpriority=”high” as=”image”…> included in the header.
Would be good if the dev can add a Check box under the “General” settings tab, below the “Cache-Cache block results” section, for example.
So if the user checks the box, the first image of this block element gets preload (or he can create a dropdown in a similar manner as caching time selection, how many images to preload).
Does this make sesne?

Hi Calin,
In addition to the previously reported bug with the Webp option in theme panel, I have found another bug.
Environment:
1. Theme version: 12.6.6
2. Webp format is generated by Ewww Image Optimizer as per your guide. – All images become Webp and all are lazyloaded.
4. For CWV / speed, we must disable lazyload for the first image (in the first flex or any block / logo is text). For this we use define( ‘EIO_LAZY_FOLD’, 1 ); in wp-config as per Ewww’s guide – under Exclude Images header.
5. The result is that the first image on the page converts to Web but is not lazyload – so this is correct. The Theme’s option Use Webp Format is meant to show this first image in Webp, because it exists on the server.
Issue:
The theme stops using the webp file for the first image when any caching system is on. This includes the “Cache block results” option on the block, WP super cache as per your guide.
How to test:
1. Make sure you have caching enabled – WP super cache as per your guide. Also can enable “Cache block results” on the actual block.
2. If you are logged-in, you will see a webp. If you are logged out – the theme will also be showing webp for some time, but a little later – once the cache is generated – the theme will start showing jpg (despite having webp on the server).
– I have tested this on various websites and demo sites. On the dev sites that do not have caching, there is no problems.

Hi, folks
I think I brought this up previously, and thought it was sorted. But the fix I did previously seems to not work now.
Essentially, with Chrome/Windows11, if I increase the system font to something like 118% for accessibilty on my high dpi display, this actually increases the font size in slider breaking layout; this is with ‘zoom’ at 100%.
Previously, I was able to set back to 100%, clear browser cache, set back to 118% and would not have the problem. However, it does not seem to work now, and most folk would not think to do that and just see something kinda funky.
I believw it’s this element, which looks to have a pixel size of 24px — would changing to ’em’ help with this, or some kind of wrap element in CSS?
code
<div class="slide-meta "><h2 class="entry-title td-module-title">
e.g., screencap

This is on our test site double checking all our mods, and custom code, and plugins work with PHP 8.2x before we start to deploy on our oooold sites to upgrade from PHP 7.2x. Live site, just not promoting it or updating it properly with main content at the moment until we double check all this kind of shenanigans. 🙂
Setting the Windows 11 > accessibility > font size back to 100% fixes it, but obviously a lot of folks with high dpi monitors have to increase the font size to actually use the internet now. The slider block seems to be the only element affected by this.
And yeah, many folks hate sliders. But, for our news portals we still like them as we can slide bwteen several featured items vs just having a single one, to keep featured items up top longer.
Thanks for any suggestions on fix!
Hi Anamaria,
I got it to work by turning off setting, turning back on. Purging all cache and then. Ctrl and F5 on the page.
Working ok now. 👍
Hello,
I just checked, and it seems the option works. Please make sure that your setting is saved, and clear the cache.
Thank you!

Good morning.
I’m having sticky sidebar issues on two different websites using the Newspaper theme.
The bar does not move, it is static.
Themes and plugins are updated.
I have disabled all plugins except TagDIV and cleared cache.
I have reinstalled Newspaper and WPBakery Page Builder.
Unsuccessfully.

What I can do?
Thank you.
I ran into issues with change to javascript stuff in WordPress. Clearing your browser cache completely, like hard reload in Chrome, solved some stuff for me.

Hello!
Change the autoload and see if the data is stored again in your database. This is a need when you use the features presented in this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/what-is-td_011_remote_cache/
Thank you!
Hi again,
did a few tests in the last days (disabling plugins, reuploading old database backups, ext-.), i solved some issues but there’s something which is not clear to me about the td_011_remote_cache stored in wp_option.
What i don’t understand is why it multiply to infinite… this seems to take my site to slow down because as soon as i delete those lines with this command:
DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘td_011_remote_cache’;
my database is going from almost 300 Mb to 106 Mb (after optimizing wp_option) and the wordpress backend is loading way faster with all options in the post editor.
So, is it really needed all these lines?
i’ve two similar issue, one with td_011_remote_cache and one with transients of cloudflare’s plugin. But the backend goes back to normal only when i delete td_011
the difference i noticed between them is that td_011 has Autoload ON, and cloudflare transient don’t.
Hi,
I checked the website, and it seems that the code not in the page source, which is way is not working. Please make sure that you have saved the code and cleared the cache.
Thank you!
