Sent by email. For 1. I already tried purge cache.. Any chance this be a php version bug? In fact I have a local copy of the site (running in a low php version) that does not have the issue.
1. We could take a look, but I have not seen this before. I don’t know how would the theme detect those posts as belonging to the currently viewed post author, if they do not exist/not found in the first place. Try clearing any cache you have and also CDN if used.
To provide access send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
2. I will have to test this myself and see what are the results. I will let you know here as soon as I do, or continue by email.
Hello Andrea,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Sorry,
Web ve mobil blue translucent
Hi,
If you are not using the mobile theme, the same content you have on desktop will be shown on mobile as well.
Depending on your filtering and sorting the new posts once published will be shown in block/grids etc in pages. The actual post and post content will be shown in both desktop and mobile theme.
The post page you have provided seems to be broken. The mobile theme is displaying on desktop when it should not. That is in most cases caused by caching plugins. We recommend the WP Super cache, this will work with the mobile theme properly.
So please try to deactivate the cache plugin you are using and clear the cache, Check if this solves the problem.
I will remove the login details you provided, note that this is a public topic. Everyone can see them. If we should require them at some point we will ask that you provide them by email.
Thanks
Hi Simion C.,
Yes, and if you remove the mobile support this option, the site fails to display the version mobile everywhere, this update is ridiculous, no site known uses mobile website on ipad.
A solution would be nice, or I have to use another plugin to cache.
Thanks,
-

Hello leanjucas,
It seems to be a caching problem by your side. Clear all the caches, press CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello NonoLoko,
Please update again your theme via FTP way with more attention. Our latest update has been fully tested and should not break the site, sorry! The main problem comes from your theme installing, most likely, unfortunately! I suggest you make another theme install to a new subdomain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
That link is not working, it leads to a 404 page. SO by default when activated the speed booster plugin will move the theme stylesheet to the bottom of the page.
Default – https://www.screencast.com/t/hu9qpef5GyU
Speed booster active – https://www.screencast.com/t/B4h0Xhmw
If you want to modify the plugin so this does not happen, edit the plugin as mentioned
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Fenm4OjA5t
Remove or comment that line of code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/k9t6eL9BnKyn
Then check the page source again, maybe clear your cache before.
I found this similar topic in the super cache plugin forum
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/few-questions-about-wp-super-cache-in-combination-with-cloudflare/
Seems they do not recommend using both at the same time.
If you want to try and optimize the website in general, there are many user provided tutorials that you can try, such as these

Hello glennkr,
Please provide some useful screenshots with this error so I can identify it. I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your search on your website. Also, I suggest you disable all of the untested plugins which can interfere with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown problems. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello
It seems that the style.css is not getting loaded on your site.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have checked your source page and I saw that you have some errors through your console, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6LnCNgjdV9C Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interfere with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. I suggest you make a new install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, without any untested plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Sorry but w3 total cache is not tested with our theme . The tested and recommended cache plugin to use with our theme is wp super cache.
You can try this solution though:
https://www.wptherightway.org/en/debugging/wp-configphp.html
Turn CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS to on.
Thanks.
Hello zegasi,
Please make sure that you have checked the following option for Memberships from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/u3B2IwvZqB This is the default WordPress functionality. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello viralised,
Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is Newsmag 4.3, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. I have checked on my side the latest version of the theme and the Search button functionality seems to work as expected.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello whatawawu,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Check the system status memory to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Indeed, they seem to have added iPad devices in the list of mobile browsers as a fix
– https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/525
I couldn’t say if something can be done about this however.
Unless maybe you can use an older plugin version, the plugin will serve the mobile theme to iPads from now on.
Hello Octopros,
I have inspected your website URL, have inspected your sidebar and the images with link seem to work as expected. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hA8WW2nPyT Where is the problem? Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello Charlie,
1)Increase the system status memory according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
2), 3)Please update the theme to the latest version of it because in that version was resolved this problem with Social Counter and the App Id and Secret ID are no longer needed. Update it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
4)You should provide some useful screenshots with this problem so I can identify it at your website URL.
Thanks for your understanding!
do you think cloudfare caching and wp super cache being on together can cause problems. does this theme work well with just cloudfare?
Testing my site in pingdom tools, it shows the plugin Ultimate Member 2.0 having tons of js and css files not combined. Is there a custom way to do this with this theme? I’ve heard W3 Total Cache combines it but is this supported by theme? Thanks.
Hello zzboba,
You should simply disable and remove that plugin from Plugins list and this will disappears from your website. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!

Hi there,
I need your help on the following issue:
After the update to version 8.7.4, the images in the Instagram footer widget don’t show up anymore. When I replace my id (ltlallange) with another id (for example coca-cola) the images show up. I cleared the browser cache, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
Many thanks in advance
Laurent
