Hello,

I’ve been having this error message for a while now and I don’t know what triggers it.
I have tried clearing all the cache, deactivating and activating the TagDiv Composer pluggin, updating the theme and WordPress to their latest versions and nothing seems to help. I’m literally stuck right now.

Any lights on this?

The exact message I’m getting is a red banner above a blank page that says:

Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!

Thanks in advance for any help you could bring.

Kind regards,
Roberto J Ramirez

Hi Catalin,

Thanks for the quick feedback!

1) Yes, I have cleared all my page’s caches as well as the browser’s ones. And I certainly have the right image formats as it works in all other browsers (I have tested Chrome, Opera, Edge and even Internet Explorer manages it). Only in Firefox I keep getting this issue, regardless of what I do or try.

2) That’s better than nothing. Still not ideal though as it removes the grey bar everywhere else on the site as well where I would want it to remain. Hence, it is actually similar to the “change the header style” solution. But at least the line doesn’t strike through the text any longer. Could I expect a non-makeshift solution for this in the long run or do I really need to consider a redesign of my entire page to get rid of this issue?

Thanks and best,

Wolfgang

1. Are you going to change this in the future? On my old template there was such an option. Imagine if there are 200 articles on the site, then it is necessary to exhibit for each article featured image!?!

2. ОК!

3. And I need that the links in the articles be one color, and the headings and other buttons in a different color. Is it possible?

4. I cleaned the cache and checked in all browsers, it is in the comments that this tag is displayed as in the default settings. Then I customized the blockquote tag and the changes affected the content, but in the comments, there’s still something weird. You can watch on this page – http://sanotes.ru/comp-dlya-ofisa-2016/

My CSS:
.td-page-content blockquote p,
.td-post-content blockquote p,
.wpb_text_column blockquote p,
.td_block_text_with_title blockquote p,
.bbpress blockquote p,
.woocommerce #tab-description blockquote p,
.mce-content-body blockquote p,
.comment-content blockquote p {
display:block;
background: #fff;
padding: 10px;
margin: 0 0 20px;
position: relative;
text-align: justify;

/*Borders – (Optional)*/
border-left: 2px solid #c76c0c;
border-right: 2px solid #c76c0c;

/*Box Shadow – (Optional)*/
-moz-box-shadow: 2px 2px 15px #ccc;
-webkit-box-shadow: 2px 2px 15px #ccc;
box-shadow: 2px 2px 15px #ccc;
}

blockquote a{
text-decoration: none;
background: #eee;
cursor: pointer;
padding: 0 3px;
color: #c76c0c;
}

blockquote a:hover{
color: #666;
}

blockquote em{
font-style: italic;
}

Hello shyamkarnani,

Sorry but please notice that behavior does not come from our theme. Most likely, this problem is caused by untested plugins used by you which interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new install to another sub-domain for testing via FTP and check the results. This is not the good behaviour of the theme, sorry!

Hello flo2paclegacy,

Try to update the theme to the latest version of it which is 8.7.2, clear all the caches and check the results. The theme should have to render your ads on mobile. If not, you should contact the Google Adsense department, tell the problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. Notice that the theme only takes the Ads and display it to the frontend.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello reiseblitz,

1)Do you have cleared all the caches before checking the results? Try to do this and see the results. Also, make sure that you are using right images as a size because the theme does not enlarge them, but only crop them.
2)As a quick solution, try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td_block_template_8 .td-block-title>*:before, .td_block_template_8 .td-block-title>*:after{
background-color:initial;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WewwRux9

Thanks.

Hello parsonsdesign,

First of all, please ensure that your system status parameters are highly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,

1. The excerpts cannot accommodate images. You cannot show an image in the excerpt. A post needs a featured image added like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

2. If you want to add custom html in a different place, you will have to edit the theme php files. If you want to add the code to the footer copyright, you will have to place it in this file: https://www.screencast.com/t/cbiXNMOIl8E

3. The links are affected by the theme accent color. Change the accent color and all of the read more buttons, the scroll up icon as well as the links will change along with the option.

4.The blockquote seems changed on your site already. I think you are not clearing the cache after changing settings in the theme panel. If you use cache, you won;t see any change until you clear it.

Thank you!

Hello defocusmedia,

It seems to be very strange behavior. Try to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results. The main menu should works as expected. Most likely, the problem is only on your side, sorry!

Hello Vickydhumale,

I have inspected your source page and I saw that you are using the Autoptimize plugin which is not tested with the theme and which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable it, clear all of the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, Cloudflare, remove any minified sources and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!
