When selecting the row layout there is no drop-down, the layouts are displayed like this

If this is not how it looks for you, I would suggest to start by clearing the browser cache, or check in a different browser. Also some browser extensions could cause issues with the composer settings sidebar.
If this does not provide any results, try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins to see if this solves the issue. Please let us know the results.

1)I guess that you are referring to the Top Bar section of the theme, right? Notice that section can be enabled/disabled from Theme panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/F4fLSrksiM and from here you can change more Top Bar layouts. So, according to your Header Style used by you, the Top Bar section differ. Also, the menu items for this section can be set up from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bgOf2xM27
2)When you have installed the demo with content, the results should look like this our demos from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please read our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ and follow the steps from here.
3)You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and WordPress, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these because these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. I have tested on my side but I did notice this bad result. Sorry, most likely, the problem is only on your side.

All the sidebar settings for the post can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ER2hVEmLtR5T when you edit a post. So, if you want to have a different sidebar for each post you should create it from there. (Custom Sidebar section). Also, in order to achieve the best theme results, please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes these problems.

the date and time of website PAKDEFENSE.COM is not updating and stucks on the earlier date. I have tried clearing the cache, but it didn’t work. I have been working on a sandbox site, and when I updated it from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.0, my pages went blank. Posts still visible as normal.
Reinstalled latest version of theme from Themeforest, deleted/reinstalled all TD plugins and deactivated everything else.
Have traced issue to the TD multi-purpose plugin. Currently running only TD composer, which displays many errors on the page from multi-purpose elements not working.
I get three “wp_booster error” warnings above the header and several errors in the page itself.
When I activate the multi-purpose plugin, everything goes blank apart from the header and main menu.
If I try to edit the page using TD composer, I get the following error:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Have deleted browser caches, been checking from different computers, logged in and logged out, makes no difference. Site is not connected to a CDN and not running any caching programme.

Double checked. All the code is replaced. Deleted the cache and even deactivated WP Super Cache plugin. Doesn’t work.

I cannot add elements in the home page using TD composer.When I drag an element only the name of the element appears.
Not the element placeholder with the element options. The tagdiv composer works fine in other pages.

Be sure to clear the browser cache as well after removing that code, or do a few force refreshes in the post page (Ctrl+Shift+R). The change will be visible.
Same problem for me. Provided code doesn’t work so far. Cleared my local cache. There are no images at all.

Regarding the issue, that is unusual. I have tried the same text logo you mention

There is no such issue in my test. It could be a plugin influence, please try as a quick test to deactivate all of them, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect on the logo text. Be sure to clear the cache after deactivating the plugin, if you have a caching plugin. Let us know the results.

I have found a solution on WordPress.org forum, post by staff of SG. You can try this out:

add_filter('wp_headers', 'add_vary_header');
Add code above to your function.php file in Newspaper-Child theme folder. This will make different cache for each device.
Sorry I didn’t use SiteGround for a long time, so I’m not able to test for you. But I guess you may reply to https://wordpress.org/support/topic/configure-mobile-theme-for-supercacher-siteground/ if you need further support.
