Salut,
De aceea am oferit solutia mai sus. Te rog modifica codul din wp super cache si o sa mearga ok dupa accea. Are o problem cu versiunea actuala de wordpress si noi nu ii putem face nimic pentru ca problema provine de la pluginul in sine. Trebuie facuta o mica modificare in cod asa cum se poate vedea in link-ul de mai sus.
Multumesc
Hello shyamkarnani,
I have inspected your issue and it was a conflict between mobile theme plugin and SEO By Yoast. Try to delete the mobile theme plugin and install this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know ho it goes.
Thanks for the message!
Salut. Folosesc deja “wp-super-cache”. Este foarte frustrant sa vezi ca site-ul, orice i-ai face, este instabil pe mobil. Pare a avea vointa proprie. Reclamele apar in interiorul unui articol pentru ca peste 5 minute sa nu mai fie acolo.
Hello,
Please make sure you updated the theme properly via ftp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and rest cdn files if you use it. If the problem is still there please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
Ok,
Now we also see the issue as well as the js error that creates it http://screencast.com/t/ULf4gxKuao
This is a standard plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again. Also if you use a child theme, switch to the main theme in order to rule out any custom code that will affect the theme js.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello hkhasib,
First of all, please try to disable all your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. As a quick solution, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-container {
padding-left: 0!important;
padding-right: 0!important;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/M1xvtqGqUe2N
Thaks for your understanding!

Buna,
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Mulumesc
Hello,
This usually happens when the theme js breaks. This happens very often on plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and rest cdn files. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme so we can rule out any customization as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. You should check to see if speedbooster is indeed active and running. is it moving any other render blocking js and css? ius it doing nothing? check the system status and make sure you clear all caches after you change the plugin code. Disable any untested plugin as if you use our workaround for speedbooster to make it work with other plugins, it is not guaranteed it will move the plugins css and js.
2. If wp super cache is installed and runnign properly the system status should detect it as so. Please clear the hosting cache and purge cdn files and test again.
3. You should follow those instructions, yes as they are requirements for the installation of the plugin. After you install it, use this guide to set it properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
4. we still get some of the errors but we do not use speedbooster on our demo and as you can see it loads pretty fast without it. speedbooster will improve speed but it;s the optimization that you make until that point that count the most: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdemo.tagdiv.com%2Fnewspaper%2F&tab=desktop
Give this topic a try also if you want to get the best out of your site’s page speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
I have the enigma theme instaled because Newspaper 7 cause “White Screen of Death” on my website.
I check the version of PHP, I clean the cache and nothing, the screen still white…
I don’t know what to do.
Thanks
Hello newsguru,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to actvie, clear all your caches and install only tested plugins to bring best results with theme.
If you want an accurate response, you should provide your website so we can further investigate it, right? Provide more details about your error.
Thanks for the message!

Choose the ftp method and also delete the theme manually via ftp as there is a bug in the current version of WP that might prevent you from deleting any theme from the wp dashboard.
Thank you!
Hello Jamie_Block,
You will get this error because you does not correctly add your facebook ID. Please notice that you should only insert the number in the certain field in Social Counter, like this -> 1083898388288593 and the counter will work as properly. I have tested on my site and everything seems to work as properly. After checking the results, you should clear all your caches.
Thanks for the message!
1. We have not tested SiteGround, sorry. As for the specs, I cannot disclose them. Our theme has these requirements for hosting https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
3 and 4. We only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ we have not tested anything extra that is not specified in the guide
5. If using wordfence you will have to make sure you set the firewall on learning mode otherwise it will block any setting in the theme panel and block any change you make to your theme. It seems to work fine otherwise.
6. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
7. The main reason is that it’s the option that works best with our theme. We have tried all settings to see which combination works best and this was the result we found to be the best solution. We recommend PHP, not mode rewrite
Thank you!
Hello _ronald_,
First of all, please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer. Hello LPnm,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem persists, please provide more details about this, provide some useful screenshots so I can be able to identify the issue and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Please notice that your website will be required in this case, for further investigations.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
You should check your custom CSS area and you should erase from there the code which gives the width:75% value for your logo on mobile. Also, you can use the following code to cancel this effect.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 768px){
.td-main-menu-logo img {
width: initial!important;
}
Also, please notice that this type of effect can appear from your untested plugins if you are using something like that. Try to disable all of them, clear all your caches, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
trebuie să utilizați “wp-super-cache” plug-in
În cazul în care nu utilizați au întotdeauna astfel de probleme
Hello,
After deactivating all plugins, and also clearing cloudflare cache, the issue still persists.
Rgds
Multi-site w/ Sub-direcotories – NewsPaper 7 (Installed on and plugins tested on the primary site.)
Hey – So I went through the tutorials and have a couple of questions:
1. TD Speed Booster – Primary Site Activated Only
I added the CSS & JS as mentioned in the docs >> Purged all Cache on CloudFlare >> Ran PageInsights and the same files showed up in the “Should Fix” Suggestion Summary.
I did have an error in NewsPaper System Status stating it was deactived due to plugin conflict >>
So I commented out the lines in the Speed Booster Plugin PHP (as per tutorial) >> Cleared CloudFlare CDN >> Ran PageSpeed Insights again == The exact same CSS and JS files in the Should Fix.
Any Ideas?
2. WP Super Cache – Network Activated
Shows page Cached: http://screencast.com/t/muegNyyeNUoC
NewsPaper System Status, NO Active Caching Plugin: http://screencast.com/t/nWPRhHjHw
Cached files in supercache directory: http://screencast.com/t/9DafM4rEem
Any Ideas?
3. WP Super Cache – Developer Installation Instructions
Do we also need to follow these directions? http://screencast.com/t/3huZNEaTuI
Original page here: installation: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/installation/
4. CloudFlare – Do you guys still get on Google PageSpeed Tools (Even if you have minify enabled on CloudFlare): Consider Fixing = Minify Javascript and Minify CSS
I know this is out of scope for support but maybe another user has a similar setup.
We have a high traffic site with the following configuration:
Dedicated varnish server + memcache + wp super cache + dedicated database server. We also make use of mod_rewrite caching via wp super cache.
We’d like to use the mobile theme but we ran into issues with the desktop theme getting cached and served to mobile visitors.
Has anyone else run into this problem and if so did you find a solution?
Thanks.
Theme doesn’t store third party plugin data; the WordPress database does.
You can try cleaning your dbase with wp-optimize plugin, which I use.
You can also resave permalinks, clear any cache plugin, reset CDN if used.
Check the support forum for that plugin to see if others have similar issue.
6. WP Super Cache – The admin for WP Super Cache has changed (see Screen Cap). What do you recommend?
http://screencast.com/t/8et834CzOU
7. Any reason you are using PHP or Mod Rewrite?
