Hi
I’ve checked this on my side and images from Instagram are embedded fine in post content: http://screencast.com/t/xH1EOAJR52l – http://screencast.com/t/4uNKbDOLLWkP – http://screencast.com/t/RQhDy3x2
Make sure you embed the images as in above example, clear the cache memory then test again. If the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!
Hi
I am not sure what could cause this as we didn’t received similar reports before. It could be a conflict between Social Counter and another installed plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer and Social Counter active, clear all caches then test again. Also check browser’s console when you try to generate the token. If the request fails there shout be an error related with the theme or social counter plugin.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi
he theme is tested and works fin with latest version of Opera browser as can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/ilJOwcpcjU – http://screencast.com/t/PGgDhZqRSce
Try to update the browser to its latest version: http://www.opera.com/computer clear all caches, purge the cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Thanks!
thanks for reply. The problem is happening randomly, not all the time and not always to same visitors. We are clearing cache every time when someone informs us about this issue, but it doesn’t help. And we are not using any cdn. This problem appears and disappears by itself each time.
Best regards.
Hi,
Please update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then update your visual composer plugin by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If your visual composer problem is not fixed, try to disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and images are displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/25hLPiPxVTn – http://screencast.com/t/EQkk3sZP
If you still have this issue try to clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test test site again.
Thanks!
Hi,
JS errors are generally caused by plugin conflicts, but they can be also caused by custom code.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer (all at once) and very important, clear your cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. If the problem is still there, please check for any custom code you might have in place and test without it. Restore the theme to it;s defaults or create a testing platform with a fresh install of wp and the theme and check there.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using child theme. Try to deactivate it, clear all caches then test again. The issue is caused because the order in which the css resources are loaded on the page was changed a bit.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
Please make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of Social Counter plugin, that version is included in theme’s path, also check if the plugin is set according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ clear all caches then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the fonts for menu are applied fine as can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/VqVX6qhK71sy If you still have this issue try to clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
Are you sure you have a featured image set to the post? As i can see the placeholder. If there is an image, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files to see if there is no plugin affecting the featured image.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the image again.
Thank you!
Hello,
On the page edit screen there should be this button: http://screencast.com/t/L9q1zEyGLT
If that button is not present it means that either the plugin is not active or there is something else affecting it. please disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If the button is still not present, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login to your site and investigate. Also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Good morning Andrei,
Sorry in the meantime I have moved the site from the /new/ subfolder to the main domain name, so the correct link now is http://businesslifeandcoffee.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/favicon.png
Also, please note that the WP Super Cache plugin is turned off and all the cache has been deleted.
Thanks,
Radu
Hi
I’ve checked both your sites and mobile menus works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/qzKK6tOGa0md – http://screencast.com/t/7jZ5h2yx However I’ve found some js errors in browser’s console which may affect theme’s functionality: http://screencast.com/t/nn4lz9tekA7r Try top deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, then test the site again.
Also if you still have the issues with mobile menu please provide more specific detail about them so we can duplicate the situation on our site and get back to you with a more accurate answer.
Thanks!
Hi
After WordPress released V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest, V3 works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, V 3.0, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.
You don’t need to delete the plugin via ftp all the time, it can also be done from your dashboard. However sometimes may appear some issues with this process and ftp remains best way to upload the theme or a plugin.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!
Hi
It seems that the image does not exist on your server because the indicated url returns a 404 page not found error: http://screencast.com/t/SuM9z3NTNVd Try to upload the image again, set it to be the favicon, clear the cache memory then test the site again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Bogdan,
Thanks for pointing out those suggestions.
Earlier today we did the following and got these results:
* Tried the wp bootser and it didn’t help. I disabled it.
* I added the code in the .htaccess file, it helped a bit.
* We have WP Super cache enabled and configured.
The website is still running slow. Would you suggest fixing leverage browser cache, enable compression, eliminate render-blocking JS and CSS? It would see the images (which we have compressed) are causing slow load times for only the main page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a lot Bogdan
It seems to have worked. I think it was the photon plugin on jetpack. I have deactivated it. Hopefully i still get the same performance without it. However, it seems my mobile display has gone all fuzzy now. I didnt do anything else, I just deleted all my cache and deactivated the photon. When i reactivate it, it still remains fuzzy… You can view my mobile version with the same link above and then minimizing to the portrait mobile orientation.
I’ve tried to change it to 3.0, and it seems to be working, probably it’s just a coincidence considering what you said. I can’t check by myself because I’ve cleared cache everywhere, but I’m not receiving any complaints from users. so I think it’s ok.
Just another question: I’ve used this code to add the “hamburger” icon for menu on mobile devices. No changes made to other files. It seems to be working, can you confirm that this is ok?

Hi,
This issue is usually caused by image optimization tools such as photon from jetpack. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check your images again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi
Make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of Social Counter which is included in theme’s path, clear all caches then test again.
Thanks!
Hello,
The mobile theme on desktop issue is a caching issue. Please check your cache and cdn server settings as if the cache is too strong, it will use the mobile theme on desktop as well.
As for the login, we have no such reports. The theme will not show any login details if there is no user actually logged in. This would be a terrible security issue and I can assure you there is no such security risk in our theme.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thank you!
Hi,
There is a strong reason why turbo cache could cause all kind of problems and that is: It is not tested with our theme. We can guarantee wp super cache’s compatibility as it’s the recommended and tested plugin to use with our theme. We cannot say the same about turbo cache. It could work or it could break everything. We can’t say for sure.
Unfortunately not all plugins are compatible with premium themes.
Thank you!
Hi,
Before anything else try this:
Disable ALL plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then make sure you use the latest version of the theme(7.1.1) and of visual composer (4.11.2). If the issuer is still there please provide a link to this broken big grid so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
