Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested it and I cannot say for sure if it will work properly or not.
We can only recommend cluoudflare for any minification. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!

Hi,
You could give it a try and see how it goes with that configuration. We have only tested the theme with these cloudflare and cache settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
But you can make tests with different configurations and check the results.
Thanks

Hello pramod7770,
Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, check the server configuration to be in standards -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
When the mobile theme is displayed on desktop or tablets, it means a caching issue in most cases. Please remove any at all caching solutions you might have and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn, please only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Please note there are hosting side provided caching solutions as well so you should check with your host and disable any hosting side cache.
Thank you!

Hello itduck2020,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your sidebar on post pages does not work. If you are using some untested plugins try to disable all of these, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. If you need more assistance in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hello,
It could be your cache plugin or browser cache. (tst drom a different browser or a different machine)
It could be a cdn server or a hosting side cache.
Please also test without plugins. Disable all of them except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then test again. If you still have this issue, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you use visual composer, please disable the tagdiv composer as having both active will cause layout issues.
If the problem is still there without the tagdiv composer, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Hello,
This seems the theme was not installed properly.
Please use this guide to properly install it via ftp and follow each step properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Also try to resave permalinks and uninstall and install the theme demo again.
Thank you!

Hello,
If your site shows the mobile view on desktop that is a clear indicator of a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use cdn, please only use cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If your host provides a hosting side cache, please contact your host to disable it.
Thank you!
Hello,
The topic you mention refers to visual composer not tagdiv composer. If you have problems with the tagdiv composer first please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files.
If the issue is still there, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

This is the response from Yoast
Hi,
While we are not sure exactly what is going on we do know Google+ first looks for any schema and if it cannot find it then looks for OpenGraph (OG) tags. Google explains it here: https://developers.google.com/+/web/snippet/
In viewing your source code we can see both a schema and opengraph tags. Both of these are outputted by Yoast.
So it may be Google+ is using the schema rather than the OG tags. We need some more information.
1. If you go to SEO-Dashboard-Company Info and delete the Company Name and then re-share the article does the right content appear?
2. Does clearing your caching from your plugin, theme, server, browser, or CDN such as Cloudflare resolve the issue?. If you are not sure how to clear your server caching, please speak with your host provider. This guide explains more about how to clear browser caching: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.
I followed step 1 and put several urls to test and all is fine now.

No,
You do not need to pay for it to work properly. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello,
This could be a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ For a cdn only use cloudflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Hosts also provide caching solutions that most of the time users do not even know about. Please contact your host and ask for the removal of any caching solution from the server side.
Also make sure you enable this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/DxqFJNyGQ
Thank you!
Hello,
1. Please activate this option in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/vSms9B0HwGsn
2. It could be the same cache issue. Please remove rocket loader from your cdn and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
3. This is definitely a caching issue. You face the same issue that affects all of these parts of your site. Please use the guide above and if you use a cdn service please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
