Hello tanose,
I have checked a post from your website and the Ads seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gAaRMz5ADrg Where is the problem? Also, you should remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello George,
Remove all of the untested plugins, purge CDN file, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there you should make a new install to another sub-domain for testing and use only the requested plugins and check the results. Also, you should check if your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello pakdefense,
Please check here -> https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170516-How-do-I-add-SSL-to-my-site- -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thanks.
Hello,
The logo is there but seems to get hidden with a css as it appears for a brief second.
Please check your custom css or plugins.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Can I use the free version of the clouflare CDN and will it support my Website SSL certificate?
Hi Catalin,
So, to confirm, all of the below code (not just the string Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”) needs to be added to the top of the htaccess file?
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”
</IfModule>
Thanks,
Keith

Alternatively, it can be a code affecting the page itself. If you used shortcodes from other page builders or from plugins, they could break the layout. Please test the tagdiv composer on a brand new page and see if it also provides the same error there. If it happens just on one page, you will have to re-create it from scratch unfortunately.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is something that you addressed in a previous query on the forum, but I’m struggling to determine where to place the code you recommended at this link.
I’ve inserted the code from my htaccess file below, could you show me exactly where to place the following?
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”
</IfModule>

Hi,
There are many guides for speed optimization here in the forum, there are also online guides. Some topics here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Speed also depends on hosting provider, active plugins, number of ads displayed, there are many factors that affect the loading speed of a website
Thanks
Hi Simion,
The url is https://southgeorgiatoday.com I have cleared the cache and the CDN. The theme was responsive before on the top ad but now it is not. Please help if you can. By the way, my son’s name is Simeon…same, same but different.
Hi,
I could take a look, provide a link to your website. There were no changes made to the mobile theme or default ad implementation in the latest update. Try to clear your cache or CDN if used, as well as browser cache.
That would be impossible, the code in the theme stylesheet is loaded at all times. Unless maybe you have caching that prevents the modified stylesheet to load, serving the old one, or maybe you use a CDN service.
The code should be added at the end of the stylsheet

– https://www.screencast.com/t/K4goNPCdM
Then save the file. Clear the browser cache, clear installed caches or server provided, clear or purge CDN if used.
Hi,
@ianternet Try to clear any caching installed, also the browser cache. if you use CDN clear that as well. Also try as a test with a different Instagram ID, see if it displays images then.
If nothing works, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
@swamplingman That fix should work for Instagram, the theme update released after the fix was provided contained the same code. The fixes were for the widget and a different one for the plugin. After you replace the code in the theme file for the widget, be sure to clear any caching you have, as well as CDN if used. Also clear the browser cache. Also if possible test with a different ID, see if images are displayed.
However it would be best to update the theme and social counter plugin to the latest version, if you use an older version. There were changes made by Facebook and Twitter as well, so they may not work with previous theme and counter. In the latest version there are no know issues with the socials. Here is a guide if you should decide to update
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The FTP method is the most reliable and recommended.
Thanks
Hi karayel,
You should configure your Cloudflare according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ if you want to achieve good results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Make sure that your Social Counter are properly set up with the following useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
You can download the patch from here -> http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/patch_8.7.4_8.7.5.7z
Thanks.
Hello,
Please test the query without plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also please use this guide to make the proper host requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/requirements/
Then run your query test again.
Thank you!
Hi,
@Ryansmccain Seems to display accurate information at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/R2PynOCgdV
@medicos Twitter will probably not work if you are not using he latest theme version, there were changes made by them. Try installing this social counter plugin
– http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/td-social-counter.zip
If it still doesn’t work, download the latest theme package 8.8.1 and update the theme and social counter (they should be automatically updated when the theme is updated however)

Thanks

That code would be the only solution in this case. The ubermenu plugin seems to have included itself as part of the header menu container, so hiding it with CSS would be the easiest and maybe only solution
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Nep5X2BpAQ
An alternative to that would be to remove the elements of the default header menu from the code, but that may be difficult because the ubermenu is part of the default menu so the default.
The code works, entering it in the theme stylesheet will apply it more quickly, enter it there and then clear all caching or CDN if used.
I use Jetpack and I checked this box. Am I using a CDN right now? If yes, how can i learn my necessary settings for WP Super Cache using Jetpack Free CDN?
