Please notice that this is only for advance users, also in order to achieve a new flex or block you may need to change in different files from theme, also is all these can not be set in a child you’ll lose all when you’ll make a theme update.

The problem seems to be from a ss that set the opacity on 0 -> http://prntscr.com/q4z1tz -> http://prntscr.com/q4z2cl this can be a cache problem, or a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

First of all you’ll need to make sure that you’ve make a full backup to your website, including database, and only after that you make the update. After you download the theme from themeforest, you need to deactivate the theme link this https://www.screencast.com/t/HokGyKmb19 , also we recommend to use the child theme that comes with the theme package, but please do not overwrite the theme or the child theme.
