Usually this errors appear when you have an cloud element from tagDiv Cloud Library and you deactivate this plugin, usually this is fixed by activate the plugin.

Unfortunately there is no settings in theme to change those, you can change theme only manually in the theme files, but when you’ll make an update you’ll lose all those changes if you can not make theme in a child theme.

If you are not using mobile theme with AMP please use only the classic AMP, because the Newspaper theme do not have a template for AMP, only the mobile theme have template for AMP and the native and paired mode require theme’s templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vczzJyUNBE

I can see there are other issues as well, the pagination in the mega-menu is not working, the playlist also is not working. The images are loading but they are invisible

In most cases this is caused by a conflict. Either with plugins, code entered in the theme panel, child theme or theme files. I see some errors – http://prntscr.com/n5qo0q
You could start by investigating plugins first, then all the code entered in any of the places mentioned above. Something is creating a conflict with the theme.

Actually just as I am writing the images started to appear, most errors are gone. There is one remaining – http://prntscr.com/n5qpo1 The only thing now working currently is the playlist it seems.

You should consider to update the theme, using an older theme version with the latest WordPress can lead to problems. There were changes made in the theme for compatibility with wordpress 5, since update 9.2. You can see a changelog at the bottom of this page

Those look alright, so the problem remains? From what I can find the main causes for 503 problems are these – https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-503-service-unavailable-error-in-wordpress/

Since this has happened even with plugins deactivated, plugins are not the cause. Server resources are set properly from what I can see.
Maybe a code entered somewhere is causing it, in the theme panel, child theme if used or theme files. If you entered code try to remove it temporarily, to see if it happens again. Also if possible check the error log, should be a section for it in cPanel.
