Hello!
Then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the tagline on Newsmag can be set only on Header style 10 and this will be display only if you use a text logo and not an image logo -> https://i.imgur.com/vDGLRHu.png
The only way to set the tagline on header default it is to edit the theme files, for this, you need to go on wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header and there you need to get the code from header style 10 and set it in header style 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/TBt4C8j.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6BtJQjt.png or you can replace only this part https://i.imgur.com/m12RKQY.png to keep the layout, after that you need to set a lower font size for text logo -> https://i.imgur.com/tTZB5dS.png the results will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/2IVLTlx.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HAHsaGw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MFleoRq.jpg
To not lose those changes when you make a theme update it is indicate to use a child theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
I hope this will help you!
Hello!
I can see you have some errors when the page is loading, it could be something that blocks navigation to display. Also, if the problem persists, please make a full backup to all files and the database end an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue.

Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.8 with the last theme version Newspaper 11.2 and see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Let me know the results!

Hi creativit,
For the moment those files are not covered by child theme, and I do not know the implementation that it need to be done to do it, but I think that this can be done on custom work, the developers from there should be able to do it.
Thank you!
Hello,
If I understand correctly, you have done changes in the files for Single Post Template 13, if these changes were made in the theme files (not in the child theme) then simply selecting that template for the post should show the changes.
Please don’t change the name of the single post template in a file that does not exist, for example, single_template_14 (this will not appears in the post template options).
I would recommend that you save the changes in a child theme so that they will not be lost after an update of the theme.
Thank you!
can you ask your developers if there is another way to make the module “flex block” recognize the custom fields? so that we can write the change in the child theme and we don’t have to redo everything with every theme update.
Thanks
Hello,
currently on my site all the .js files are combined and minified, with the exception of the .js jquery and the .js of the plugin that manages the lazy loading of the images.
I have already disabled this setting of your theme: theme panel – template settings – image loading – use loading animation image = off.
I also disabled WordPress core lazy loading, via the php function in the theme child’s functions.php file.
My problem is that the images don’t start loading unless the whole .js file is loaded first with all the .js combined. Why? Is there a lazy load image option in your theme to disable?
If there is a .js file of your theme that manages the images (which would not load, if this .js is not loaded) I could exclude it to make the loading of the first images faster.
Thanks for support.
Hello,
Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

After updating the Newspaper theme, install and activate tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Composer. This will keep your old design working.
Optional: Then you can start building/redesigning your website templates using tagDiv Cloud Library. Once you’re done with all required templates creation. You can enable them from the theme panel and choose to deactivate tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and optimize your website for better speed and performance.
P.S. If you are using a child theme, you need to update it as well. (especially functions.php file)
I hope you will find this helpful.
Hello Vlad i try this:
#1 – Deactivate, delete, clear cache and re-install the TagDiv Composer Pluing (Nothing happend)
#2 – DEactive plugins (Nothing happend)
#3 Im not using child theme
#4 – I create 3 new HOMEPAGES working first time, save, close the tab, open again and error appears again.
Thank you for your reply.
I have tried disabling all plugins, with using only newspaper theme plugins it gives same error. I did not get which child theme you are referring to ? I am using only Newspaper theme, no other themes, no caching plugins or other plugins installed. Also latest version of newspaper theme installed. Tried with PHP versions 7.3, 7.4, 8.0. Memory limit 256MB already set, no errors in theme system status. Anything else need to check?

Hello!
I have spoken to our developers and unfortunately this file at the moment cannot be redirected through child theme.
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank you!
Hello!
Not really. Newspaper theme in combo with tagDiv Composer offer so many customization options that I personally for a magazine / blog wouldn’t need to use a child theme.

Hello,
With the important functionality of tagdiv, it is still useful to use a child theme. Thanks for your help.
I can’t set the actual path (wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php) because the “plugins” folder is outside the “themes” folder.
Can you be more specific?
I suppose I have to create a new folder structure in the child-theme folder.
Maybe something like this: wp-content/themes/child_theme_name/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php?
Or how should I structure it?

Hello!
In child theme you will have to set the actual path that you see now. The documentation may be outdated due to the new changes.
