We’re using a default template for our posts (https://nimb.ws/QdDWPz) and a Child Theme (disabled at the moment, using the original theme) but couldn’t make it work.
In the Child theme folder, I’m replicating the folder structure for the posts: Newspaper-child/parts/single and all the files have been edited. We can set multiple authors in the back-end (plugin seems to be working), but nothing happens in the front-end of the posts…

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I just wanted to install a child theme as described in the documentation with just a style.css und function.php coming with the Newspaper theme.
But after switching to the child theme, in all my custom post types, the sidebar is gone. Switching back to normal Newspaper, the sidebar for CPT is back again. Have I missed something? Is this a bug?

I just checked your website and seems you have set padding-right on the footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/Lr7kz7QWO, please edit with tagDiv Composer and check the CSS tab and if is set padding on zone/row/elements.
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict with the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 1(models): 0(dom).The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
