Hello @jakobcross6!

Please make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date, the plugins are active and the cloud templates are global or assigned correctly on your pages.

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have so many settings for the mobile theme plugin.
I recommend using the new cloud templates in order to achieve that.

Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Hi,
I have been building my site on the admin using all recommended plugins.

Today I switched off the coming soon page to view the site in real-time and the theme or possibly cloud templates are not loading.

I am using Cali Sight pre-built site.

It is almost like a default posts page which is loading, with the latest posts listed only. When I enter URL for pages none of the content loads.

It is definitely still the Newspaper theme loading, but something which looks like a basic version.

So far I have tried:
Removing all plugins
Checking security settings on server
Checking PHP log

I cannot see what is going wrong.

I would guess maybe the cloud templates are not downloading, and hoping there is an easy code fix.

If anyone has had similar issues or can help please drop me a reply.

Thanks

I have imported a Cloud Template & it created a Custom Post Type, Courses. Also there are taxonomies and Other Custom Post type like Reviews. Is there any I could delete those custom post type? If I remove them from functions.php will it come back again if I update?

Hello Pietro!

This demo is a new one, and we hope we will save the cloud templates and upload them to the cloud as soon as possible.

Thank you for understanding!

Dear Team,
we are adopting Urban Edge theme to renew our website (already built with newspaper theme) but we cannot find its elements in cloud templates. For instance, we need the import again the first block of the homepage and some elements of the pages, but nothing can be scouted in the cloud library.
How can we retrieve the single elements of the theme?
Thank you,
regards
Pietro

I encountered the same error, the Cloud Templates plugin was somehow deactivated or uninstalled, I re-installed it from the Theme Panel and the error got fixed.

I think this happened when I manually tried to Check For Updates from the Updates tab.

Hope this helps.

Hello!

Please assign the single cloud template for your posts and make it global in the Cloud Templates.

Thank you!

I upload images in size 1600 x 840 on all sites.

After I checked once more I see in Cloud template it is ok.
(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px

In Style 2 I get:
<div class="td-post-featured-image"></div>

When I copy image on desktop page I get image size 800×420

Hello,

Is it possible to define custom featured image size?

1.
On one site I use “Style 2” and I would like to use size at least 1200 px wide so that Google takes that wide image for Google Discover

2.
On other site I use cloud template but when I edit template I see only:
1920 x 0
1068 x 0
1068 x 580

What I need is to have max-image-preview at least 1200
On the other hand I don’t want to use too big image because size will affect page load.

Thank you

Hello. I’ve added a flex block on a tab shortcode, and I’m using an infinite scroll. The thing is, as soon as a enter that tab, i continue seeing on the front-end the error “The Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exist”.

Direct Link – https://gamingnovato.com/game/baldurs-gate-3/?td_tc_cf65=87892

Video tab error – https://app.screencast.com/WKMULDU7IJP1X
Video page block is working – https://app.screencast.com/mFMiGjPF17ajQ

The shortcode I’m using is “Flex Block Builder”

Recent post images in our footer are not being lazy loaded. They appear to be using a Flex Block 1 with CSS background-image and I found no options in the cloud template to lazy load them. Is there a way to lazy load these images?

Hello!

The mobile editor comes from the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, then you can use an element as column text, raw HTML, or raw CSS to add codes.
You should use the mobile theme + AMP and add the code to the post you need in the mobile editor field.

Hello @mnasir129!

Unfortunately, you can not edit a default template with the TagDiv Composer.
I recommend you the cloud single template from the default pro demo.

Hi,

If you use a template from tagdiv Cloud Library, then you can edit with tagdiv Composer, and hide the image on the blocks -> https://imgur.com/tVhCbJk -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Thank you!

Hello @maraaa !

1. Do you have any error in the console?

2. Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer and check if you’ve added any element there.

Q1. Edit the cloud single template(article) with the TgaDiv Composer, click on the Single Post Comments and there you will see the setting: https://prnt.sc/E2yRHfYqER0q

Q2. Use a flex block element with a filter: https://prnt.sc/0mUdJJTRlBTo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Thank you!

I use the simple “say what” template and do not use a cloud template, in this case how can I translate it with the tagdiv composer? I don’t see an edit button to edit this.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I see that you have some issues with the website; now it is down -> https://i.imgur.com/RTynTqR.png
If you delete the block, you can use a revision of the page -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/ or reimport it from tagdiv Cloud Library -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

You have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.

Hi, I have disabled Single Post views count from theme panel, but the postsview eye with numbers are still showing in the frontend. What could be the possible reason. I had also checked cloud template. In backend it is showing as the feature is disabled.
