I generated a shortcut of a music player to insert at the top of the site and it doesn’t render. I’ve tried including the shortcut tag and the html code and nothing. The plugin I’m using is LBG AUDIO6 html5 .

I’m really happy that version 11 added support in composer/Cloud library for WooCommerce shop page customization, etc. However, I was using a plugin that added Quickview and product badges to WooCommerce products and I’m finding this doesn’t work on shop pages and products on which I use the tagDiv composer. I’ve also tried other plugins which offer the same feature. Do you know of any plugins which WILL work with Tagdiv for quickview or product badge features in Woo? Or would you consider compatibility with such plugins in future versions?

I have created two contact us pages one for desktop and other for mobile , Amp with same content , the page is correctly being displayed in desktop when it comes to mobile only the title tag is being displayed , I have used a premed template from cloud library to create this page . How could I resolve this to show the AMP page in mobile

Also this happens when I activate “Global Header Cloud Template – Tech News Pro” at the theme panel. But whenever I change the “Global Header Cloud Template – Tech News Pro” to “No template the site looks ok.

If you scroll down on the main page (all pages) we see Editor’s Pick before the footer. I’m not able to figure out where to show the posts from. I do not see any Cloud Template for that and the widgets show Newspaper Default but there is nothing under that.

After upgrading to Newspaper 11 I seem to have lost all of my Blocks. There are Flexblocks and Big-grids but all of the other blocks appear to have disappeared from the Tagdiv Editor. If I try and pull one over from the cloud library it just defaults back to a Flexblock 1. Any ideas how to rectify this? Many thanks
Updated theme today. Header and footer options in theme panel disappeared. We now have to recreate our old basic headers that we had to find and download from cloud library. Full width headers don’t look the same as before, even if we choose the ‘basic’ header styles that were there for last 5 years.
We used multipurpose headers with buttons on one of our sites. That option is gone as well.
We are really thinking on restoring the whole site. This is way too much work to rebuild the headers and footers from scratch, especially when alignment is off (ex. ad and main menu is not centered, even though that’s what the downloaded template showed. There isn’t no option for global settings (ex. social links, footer copyright text, etc…) like in the past versions.
This might be fine for new sites where you can just install a demo, but on existing sites this is way too much work.

I’m adding a custom tagDiv composer block which will retrieve postmeta information for the post, then display that information on the page. This means I need to get access to the post ID of the post. But in testing I continuosly get the post ID of the cloud template instead. From within the context of a tagDiv composer block how can I reliably get the original post ID?
The oddest thing is that it appears to depend _where_ in the cloud template I place my block. If I place it in the content area it pulls the post information as expected. However if I place it above the title it tries to get template details. I’ve dumped out the following things in both cases.
var_dump($post->ID);
var_dump($wp_query->post->ID);
var_dump(get_the_ID());
var_dump(get_queried_object_id());
Am I doing something wrong?
I have tried to recreate it but it won’t work. I have deleted the cloud templates and now they won’t import a clean version.

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader

2. the option to remove the unused CSS is used only on pages and this option analyzes the website and all CSS that it finds that is not used is removed. We have 5 licenses to Newspaper 9 Themes. Our main site, theaiorganization.com is on old newspaper9 version. Our speed for homepage has never been faster than 2.4 seconds, and 1.6 for post pages, with usual 3.0 seconds on main page which is not satisfacory. Each technician we consulted with stated it is the coding inside Newspaper9.
1. When we updated to the new WordPress 5.72, it broke the Tagdiv Composer, we had to uninstall, reverse to previous wordpress version, and reset the entire website for theme to work with Tagdiv Composer. Is it because Tagdiv has bugs related to new wordpress or not yet compatible? Also, how should we get to upgrade to Newspaper 10 and to 11?
2. Tag Div AMP app for faster speed, after installing the AMP app, the Tagdiv Composer also has issues. Why?
3. What is the general speed Newspaper 9 is supposed to achieve for load in? Our testing process was with pingtool and mostly with Gmetrix speed test. We see other themes or your competitors, achieve 1.0 seconds with more data than we have, compapered to the Newspaper 9 3-4 seconds.
Please provide solutions and direct answers to each question and issue with pictures, and directions so we can obtain around 1 second. We use Cloudflare to ensure good security and fast service, so the Theme here is the issue. We also have Plugin for Cache.

To understand that the problem is a 404 error on the page? but does that page exist?
Also, if you have shortcodes on the page, please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, Standard Pack).
Also, related to this plugin, it is not tested with the theme, but can you please tell us exactly where the incompatibility occurs?

If you mean TagDiv Composer, then be sure you use a cloud template and not a default one.
Try to do these steps also:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

I am loading the Travel Pro Template sections and get errors on some, not all “One of the images failed to upload”
I cannot load homepage template and 1 or two others, however I have been able to load header, footer, and a couple others. I have taken screen shots of the error but cannot load here.
Any ideas why?

Anamaria, you stated that, “The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend.”
If you review Socratease2640!’s screenshot, you’ll see they were first able to edit their footer cloud template with the tagDiv composer and after saving and going back to edit again, the option to “Edit with tagDiv Composer” is no longer there.
