Hello!
Please note that if you use a cloud template, you need to do these settings in TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” because if you set up just in theme panel, then they won’t display.
If you use a default template and did the settings in theme panel, then it should display well.
Also, try to reinstall the TagDiv Composer plugin, update your WordPress and TagDiv plugins and it should work just fine.

With that feature you will have a copy of the settings just from theme panel and not the settings from a cloud page which was built with TagDiv Composer.

There is only CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE in the latest version.
But it was supposed to have like 12 templates built in the theme panel.

Here is what I am seeing:
I have tried:
-reinstalling TagDiv Cloud Library and TD Composer.
-Creating and setting a new header
-switching to the base Newspaper theme away from my child theme
-Disabling all optimization and disabling any and all optimization and caching plugins.
-Clearing all caches.
This has only been occurring since the most recent Newspaper update. I am using Cloud Library, not TD Standard Pack.

How do I identify a default template vs cloud templates?
TagDiv Composer is heavy on server resources. We had the same issue on one of our servers. Everything was slow with TagDiv Composer enabled and everything was fast when TagDiv composer was disabled.
If you have a performance issue the TagDiv support team will simply answer with the default “requirements article”, as they never provide customized support here.
If you really want a solution and want to keep the NewsPaper theme, you need to upgrade the server. We switched to a WordPress Managed Hosting at CloudWays from HostGator and the performance is incredibly better. If you have a powerful server and the site is slow, don’t waste you time and switch to another theme.

The Article inline ads from Theme Panel apply on Standard Post but, if you use the cloud template you can add an ad in a Single Post Template from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/Ms5A1NYW4AO -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/29CwZuLpoy you can add only three inline ads.

I found that the error was on the plugin td-cloud-library.
I delete the plugin and reinstall and the templates works again.
After update, my custom template has some errors like:
wp_booster error:
Internal error: The system tried to use an att that does not exists! class_name: td_res_context Att name: “f_auth_nme_font_family</strong>" as "<strong>f_auth_nme_font_family”

Where f_auth_n(code ascii 96)me_font_family maybe is f_auth_name_font_family
I try downladed others templates from the cloud templates and i have the same error (in my custom template and the downloaded template) in the tag div editor:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
and in the visual editor the error described at the beginning shows again (the wp_booster error)

I have spoken to our developers to shade some light. So, what we normally see is the soundcloud player. In order to have the aspect that you asked you have to use a hosted mp3 file and insert the link directly to it.
In this way the looks of the player would be like the one in the demo.

Hi, this helped me, I had the same problem, more than 1000 posts with “standard post templates type” when I switched to “cloud templates”. But be careful, make a backup first, I don’t know if it will help you in your case. You have to execute this statement in your database:
update wp_postmeta
set meta_value = ”
where meta_key = ‘td_post_theme_settings
(You must replace wp_ with the prefix of your table, or it will not work)
I repeat: I don’t know if this will work for your case, maybe Vlad S can clarify if this would work to reset all types of post templates.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that you are facing. Please note that this is not a common practice since there are thousands of users who update and they have no issue.
Please make sure that you update the Newspaper Theme as shown in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also make sure to update and activate all the required plugins. If the issue still persists please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also If you are using PRO Demos or Cloud library templates, TagDiv Standard pack is no longer required.

I have migrated the website from one server to another with same domain name, but now cloud template is not working. Shall I reset the key?
I tried this, but the theme was customized a little bit, it’s now my style, unfortunately, in the dashboard, there comes the new problem:
1.when I click the Cloud Templates(is this the tagDiv composer?), it shows like this=>https://imgur.com/a/KtWtADY#9lOaGon,when I choose the=>Attachment Template – Default PRO, it shows=>https://i.imgur.com/uKKtC5a.png, I still can’t see the banner on the homepage where it is=>https://i.imgur.com/NwPPynK.png, I’m trying to say is that in the tutorial, you are editing on the homepage, but I only can edit the=>Cloud Templates, how can I edit on my homepage? Where get I see the tagDiv Composer?

I’ve just updated to latest 10.4 version and I noticed that adsense doesn’t appear on posts if I choose Custom Template for Default Post template.
