Hello! I try to use the Cloud Template but this message appears.
“Received a response code! = 200 while trying to contact the API server templates.”
My site has all the requirements of the theme, including memory.
Another thing: how do I lower the height of the Header Sticker (Smart Snap)?

Is it just a temporary error or something more serious?
Checked “Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library” and got this error “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
Tested it on a website with version 9.7.2
and
tested it on a test site with new version 9.7.3
Both sites gave me the same error

We want to use the same cloud template for different category pages on our site, but when we make any changes (such as filtering by category), it changes the template through the whole site.
Is the only way to use the SAME template on different category pages to make a COPY of the template for each new category?

I note from searching the forum that this was a recurring issue.
Does anyone know if it ever got resolved?
I have looked at some more messages and I can see that there was a temporary problem a few weeks back with the cloud library server so hopefully, it will resolve itself soon…

If you are using Gutenberg

If you are using single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you need to edit that template and set there the comments element.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Unfortunately we did not tested Disqus plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

If the theme is activated it shouldn’t ask for it again when using the cloud library. If you activate it with the same key you used to create this forum account there will be no need to create a new account.

If I understand correctly you want to activate the tagDiv Composer also you can use tagDiv Cloud Library ; notice that tagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and templates not for posts.

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.

From what I can see the 404 page may be using a cloud template. If that is the case, try to edit the cloud template and modify it as you want – http://prntscr.com/o3bhfz

I have the current version installed.
1. I went into TD composer to the header manager and clicked to import header template from the cloud.
3. It then asks me to activate theme but the thing is, my theme is already activated.
4. I then add purchase code to activate theme again and then it asks me to create a user account
which I already have.
Anyway can’t figure out how why I keep getting into an endless loop of saying I need to validate.
In the end I’m not able to do things like import the cloud elements.

Any suggestions why my site http://www.southantrimvox.co.uk (homepage only) is broken in Firefox and not in other browsers I’ve tried.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it. It’s built with tagdiv in WP pages. other pages are built using cloud templates. I updated from Newspaper 9.7.2 to 9.7.3 yesterday, but it broke the whole thing so I rolled back from a backup. I also updated tagdiv composer etc before I rolled back, it’s version 2.4.
I’m scared of updating this theme. Something nearly always goes wrong.

We do not recommend using WP Bakery in posts. That issue can be caused by WP Bakery, you can use a single post template from the cloud library. https://tagdiv.com/cloud-library-page-templates-newspaper-theme/ and you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer.

If you want to build your own header you need to use the header manager -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/ or you can import the header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it after your needs.

The simplest way to achieve a different width is to use a template/homepage from tagDiv Cloud Library. You have to import a post style and set it as the default post template in the theme panel post settings, then you need to import a category template that is whit that width and set that one as the default category template. The same for tags, author pages etc:

Please add the Autoloading in the theme panel as we are forced to use the cloud templated which don’t work with any ads plugin
Hi the above solution has stopped working with the recent theme update to 9.7. Above mentioned code is removed from the theme files in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php ->
Can you please share where is this code located so can add 1-2 more inline ads.

1). Is there a way to group two element to become one in the same row? For example lets say we use Block 65 and then under Block 66 in the Cloud Library without the page for a category. I have to use tags to make sure the same post does not show in both blocks. I have Block 66 using one post and block 66 using 3 post. I wish I can group these to be one category and filter by one category so I don’t have to use different tags. Unless there is a way please let me know.
2) How do I get the modules in a block to show all the same height no matter if they have one or two lines of title? Here in this example https://we.tl/t-f3cHa5kcFm you can see the last module is not the same height as others because it only has one line of title. How do I make the module the same height not matter what?
