Since the latest WP Update I cannot edit content anymore. Is there known issues with this. Do you have similar experiences with other users?
If I try to edit a page it is saying: “This content isn’t made with tagdiv composer”. But all my pages are made with it – so what could be the reason?

You can go into Cloud Library and edit a Blank template and edit it using the tagDiv Composer. Also you can edit any template, simply delete the elements in the template and add new elements.

Please note that we do not recommend using 2 page builders on the same page. Also by working with WP bakery on cloud templates may cause issues and conflicts.
Also using wp-bakery on tagdiv built templates will cause issues. We recommend using tagDiv Composer.

The Visual editor is not working due to latest google chrome update. Our developers are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

I have a row that I have created in tagdiv visual composer and I applied a YouTube video as a background video to show in the row, however it is not playing when I view it on the front-end, it only shows a thumbnail image for the video with the play icon over the thumbnail and it isn’t clickable. The video plays fine however when I preview the page in the tagdiv visual composer editor, but not when I view the page not from within the tagdiv visual composer editor.

Please help as I want to have a video background for this but it does not seem to want to play on the front-end.
Very weird bug in multisite, the media section works some language but most of the other subsites are now grey.

Hi, I recently started using your composer. So far it works good. Unfortunatly for some changes e.g. some Blocks the changes do not apply on the fly. I always have to save and refresh the page to see the impact of my changes. Is there anything I can do to work a little smoother with the composer?

Please make sure that you clear all cache, also if you have a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you’ll need to edit that template with tagDiv Composer and header manager to change the background color on top bar.

Please notice that the tagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and templates only, not for post, only for post templates, so if you want you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.

This depend on the header that you are using, if you have a default header -> http://prntscr.com/pcr9fl then the menu is on the second row because there is not enough space between logo and search icon, you can fix this by forcing the width ->http://prntscr.com/pcraat
If you are using a cloud header, then you’ll need to edit that header template with header manager and tagDiv Composer, select the search and make sure that is set inline -> http://prntscr.com/owlybb also you can drag and drop it where you want to show the search icon.
