Unfortunately the pages build with TagDiv Composer can not be use with others theme ( this builder is make only for our theme ), all those elements are shortcode ( no encryption) that can be place were you want in the page, an all those shortcoodes are recognize only with our theme, sorry!

In order to remove the newsletter from others pages of Gaming Demo, you’ll need to edit the template ( for homepage edit the homage with tagDiv Composer )

So with the previous version all was working, but after you updated the theme there are problems with the composer. Maybe the theme has not installed properly, you could try and reinstall it, either by FTP again or by WordPress.

If the same happens, the first step would be to check plugins. Deactivate all non-theme plugins as a quick test. Check if the same happens. If you use child theme, deactivate it as well temporarily.

In case the problem remains, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. Also include a link to this topic in the email. Mention how we can recreate the problem on your website. Let us know.

That looks like a shortcode, with what page builder was the page built, the tagDiv composer or WPBakery? Maybe the page was initially built with WPBakery and now you have disabled it. Some WPBakery shortcodes will not be recognized by the tagDiv composer, so they will appear as code.

You could remove them in the backend, from the code, but do it carefully

Better to copy the whole content in a new page and do this there first.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Especially check the php version, wp memory and the code for .htaccess

So you want to reduce the space between the post content and the left side? maybe by using a cloud post template and stretching the row containing the post content element

They can be previewed and even edited with the composer.

Not using cloud templates and modifying the post template with CSS it could be possible, maybe by removing the padding right and increasing the right

This last one may cause problems because the post content width will increase because the padding is removed. Here is the code if you want to give it a try

From what I understand the ad should be positioned above the website header. That is possible by designing your own header.
The default header templates will display and ad in various positions, but none will display it above the website – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/

The cloud library plugin will be necessary – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

There are cloud header templates designed by us (which can be modified if needed) or you can design your own using a blank template – http://prntscr.com/mx64qu
Once opening a cloud header template in the tagDiv composer you can add an ad box element in any position you want in the header – http://prntscr.com/mx6636 add it above all elements if that is what you want to do. When you are done save the cloud header template. You can apply to the whole website in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/mx66tp
