So that page was made entirely in the composer previously? Is this happening just for that page? Does the same happen if you copy the page content from the backend in a new test page, then edit it with the composer?

I have the same problem and waiting for their help. It’s very strange that the quality of Flex is very good but it is very bad in other blocks. And more strange that they all look good in the Composer mode, and become bad in normal view.

Btw, I don’t think we need upload images with the exact sizes, because everything was fine when I worked with Newsmag.

I could not find the settings to stretch a row full width but keep the content in it un-stretched and then have an individual row background colour. Even with inner-row I could not find the settings.
You can compare the thumbnails between Block 1 and Flex 3 in this test page

I’m having the same issue, not the header tittle, but the tittle of the posts inside the block… They are currently black.
Even when i try to change the color using the TagDiv Composer “Title text color” in the General settings does not work.
Since I updated the new theme version to 9.5, it doesn’t recognize the content I made with TagDiv Composer.

Would you be so kind a give me the TD-Composer settings or (/and?) the custom CSS to turn only the Module Flex 1 in Flex Block 4 into a “card”. In my case the cards should be with a gray card background, a border and a drop-shadow. Basically similar to your Architecture preset, on a white wrap. (But I do not use Architecture!)

Each block has settings for the font in the composer, including block 1

1. A form with the options you mention could only be done with a plugin. You could search for such form plugins online. The theme doesn’t have a form with such capabilities.
2. Those are block titles, edit the page with the tagDiv composer and make the required modifications. Widgets in sidebars can be edited in Appearance->Widgets

I don’t think it is possible from a child theme. Not all them files are supported to be used in a child theme.
If you use the tagDiv composer, now there are flex blocks which have a great deal of customization options, so maybe the result you achieved with the block you added can be achieved with a flex block.
With the cloud library you can design templates and create them entirely with the tagDiv composer, bypassing the need to use widgets

Elements from the cloud library are only available with the tagDiv composer

If the tagDiv composer is deactivated the cloud plugin will have no use.
You can use WPBakery for the website and deactivate the tagDiv composer, there will be no problem. But in this case none of the cloud features will be unavailable.

Hi,
We are having this same problem and it is very frustrating. I created a new page with the composer. After I saved and closed it I got this error when trying to open it again.
I deleted the page and started all over again with exactly the same result. I can preview the page and it looks right, I just can’t open it with the composer.
Hi, I noticed that the WPBakery Page Builder has updated their theme to Version 5.7 just after tagdiv has released the Newspaper theme Version 9.5.
May I ask if we could have a copy of the Visual Composer update?

The thumbnails are very blurry in my site http://vietnamaustraliatrade.net/ despite I’ve done everything possible. Check on retina thumbnail, regenerate thumbnails.
Very strangely the thumbnails looks great on flex blocks but not in others.
And more strangely they look great in TD Composer on every blocks, but they immediately become blurry on normal viewing.
I don’t have this problem when I create my other site http://vietnamtradeoffice.net/ that use Magazine template.
Please help my deadline comming!

I was able to accomplish this by adding the following Custom CSS (insert under “Custom Code” in the theme panel):
@media screen and (min-width: 600px) {
.show-only-on-mobile div {
display:none;
}
}
and then added “show-only-on-mobile” in the Extra class field of the TagDiv Composer element(s) to appear only on mobile devices (screen width <600px).
This was my solution to displaying nav menus to mobile visitors since they either don’t know or don’t want to click the hamburger menu to get to them. I’m now getting a bunch of clicks to deep pages from the main page. Now to insert these embedded menus to the bottom of posts. đ
Hello, where could be the problem? Where clicking TD Composer it takes very long time to load it. Up to 2-3 minutes until it’s finally loaded and ready to add elements. Need your help. Thanks
Hi I’m running into an error when trying to use TD composer.
“Error at zones: 5(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content” the page just sits there and doesn’t load. Even when I try to create a new page.. I still get this error.

I’ve a travel specific site for Jaipur India where I’ve custom designed the homepage using the TD Composer. I’ve one issue with the Header. Right under the top Dark Menu, there is a blank White Space between the Hero unit and Menu. I’ve struggled a lot to find a fix for it. Can you help fix it? TIA.
