Good afternoon,
I am facing problems with the visit counts in my blog posts. Since three weeks, I think it is not registering correctly as I passed from an average post views of 1.500-2.000 in 7 days to a 60-300 in 7 days…
– Usual views (post published 3 weeks ago): http://www.glutenfreeadventures.net/restaurantes-sin-gluten-en-gante/
– Views in the last post (it was published yesterday, and usually at this time I would have 500-700 views already): http://www.glutenfreeadventures.net/restaurantes-sin-gluten-en-avinon-1/
Has something changed on the “post_views_count” feature? Usually all my visits come through our facebook page (organic and sponsored post).
As I am not using any caching plugin, I have the “ajax view count” disabled through the THEME PANEL (NEWSMAG); and I have active the “WPBAKERY VISUAL COMPOSER” and the “tagDiv Social counter”.
Could you please help me finding out what I did wrong?
Thank you,
Hi,
The tagDiv composer was introduced in version 8.0, the multi-purpose plugin in version 8.5. Then in version 8.7.5 the multi-purpose plugin was removed as a separate plugin, all it’s features are now included in the tagDiv composer fully.
The latest theme version is 9.1, changelog with new features and modifications here
– https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 (bottom of the page)
If you want to install the latest version, simply download the theme package from your themeforest account. This is a guide for updating the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Be sure to review the theme requirements guide, there were some modifications and additions

As a note, please don’t post login information in the forum, the topics are public for all the theme users. I will edit the post and remove them.
Thanks
Unfortunately it does, not always, but it does. I tried with Windows, with Linux, with all browsers and it does. Now I want to try to replace the plugin TagDiv composer with js-composer to see if it depends on that, otherwise I downgrade and go back to the previous version waiting for a new update that fixes the bug
Hi,
You can use TagDiv Composer, create a page and add Image box, set the images for categories, the title and pest the url that take you to that category.

Hope this will help you.
Thank you.

We have updated til NewsMag 4.6. After that all single images are broken. They are zoomed and displayed in the wrong size.
for instance: https://www.recordere.dk/detail/
I do not see where and how I download the file for Visual Composer.
I’m using the TagDIV Composer and am dragging over the Single Image element to a Row.
In the WordPress Media library backend, the image looks good – clear, good resolution. It looks exactly how it should when viewed in full size.
Its 1021 X 500 and 300dpi.
After inserting the image into the page via the TagDIV Composer is looks horrible on the page – really blurry.
The page is 1021 wide and the image width is set to 500 in the left sidebar – the same as the image dimensions. Need to get rid of the blurriness.
The site is business-stability.com and the image just below the main menu.
I’m trying to learn the functions of TagDIV Composer. I have elements on the page and am trying to configure some text. I’m using the Text with Title element with a row.
How can the font size be increased?
After clicking Edit Content, I’ve put the text into the WP Editor (this is all within TagDIV Composer). I want to increase the font size (not header size fonts). Where is that done?
In the left side there are settings for default font, font weight, font style, etc. How is font size enlarged?
In the theme panel > Theme fonts > Pages > Page Content ??? That doesn’t work to enlarge the fonts size in TagDIV Composer.
This is really frustrating.
After updating to the latest version, can no longer see the images on the homepage (sometimes) and in the sidebar modules. I tried your “fast solution” that you have proposed in another topic, but it does not work. Besides this there is a dysfunction in the TagDiv Composer plugin. When using the “row” function the page does not update and runs indefinitely.
I look forward to your reply

Alright, I’ve solved the image issue. In TagDIV Composer, in the Single Image element there is a field to define the image height. I’ve tried that before and highlighted the default value, but it wouldn’t permit the value to be changed. Now it does.
But, The image is blurry. The image in WordPress media is 1021 X 500. And, in the TagDIV Composer the site is 1021 wide and the image is 500 in height. The image is 300dpi.
What’s the problem? Why does the image look horrible?

Hi,
That is not possible by a setting, the post templates design is capable of 3 columns of this layout 2/3 +1/3.
For cloud library templates and default post types, the composer can be used to design the templates. This will allow more row layouts

But for the moment these cloud post templates can be used only for default post types. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
So the page keeps loading endlessly in the composer. There are a few suggestions you could try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-error-when-edit-with-td-composer/
These solutions solved similar composer problems.
Also please check to make sure the theme system status is set according to the guide

Worth investigating plugins as well, could be a plugin conflict between the composer and one your plugins. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
I’ve read the thread in the link you provided.
I’m not using plugins other than the ones included with Newsmag.
One page I’ve created on my site still can’t be edited with TagDIV composer. It still has a spinning circle with the red error message at the top – Error at rows: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the co
I’ve logged in through different browsers. It doesn’t matter. Still inaccessible. This has happened more than once.
Other than TagDIV Composer, my PC works well for every other site.
This has been a huge waste of time.
How can this Composer be made to work properly?
Update: we disabled all plugins, activated the TD Cloud Library plugin, and then we activated the other plugins one by one. It crashed when activating the TD Composer plugin.
Can we safely re-install the composer plugin? We won’t lose any pages and their lay outs we created using the Composer?

Maybe this is relevant. When i install a demo which contains icon box element the icons are visible on the page, however when i edit the page with tagdiv composer to change the icon i only see “Font Newspaper” icons as described above.
So i assume that the icons are there, however they are not visible in tagdiv composer tool.
Hi Calin
I’ve done totally fresh installation of wordpress (with new db etc). I’ve installed Newspaper.zip theme(9.1), added td-composer.zip plugin. Problem still persists. Site was refreshed multiple times. I’ve tested this in Chrome, Safari, Firefox. It doesn’t work. I’m running php5.6 on my webserver. Please advise what are the next steps ?
Regards
Lukasz

Hi,
First please try to force refresh ( ctrl+shift_r), also please try with other browsers.
If the problem is still there, login on themeforest and get the theme with all files, deactivate the TD Composer, go on server, delete the plugin from theme files and install the new one.
Thank you.
Hi
I’m using wptouch for the mobile version of our magazine because of better performance
the problem we have is that the wptouch template obviously doesn’t recognize the tagdiv codes
how can I have wptouch use the tagdiv plugin in the mobile theme? do you have any suggestion?
thanks
Paolo
Hi,
This is just a quick fix, you no need to worry about this issue when you’ll make the next update.
And in order to have full functionality of TD Composer you need to do the screenshot 2 and 3 like in examples ( to comment or delete that section and add the new one ).
Thank you fro your understanding.
