Hi,
Please check as suggested the theme system status and the server and WordPress parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Sufficient PHP memory and the other parameters are imperative for the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
The next step if the above suggestion does not resolve the issue, is to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching. Then create a new page and check if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.
The composer is tested and works fully with the theme, but other factors can cause problems.
Thanks
Hi.
I found the latest articles block. Now I´m looking for footer customization. I see 3 widgets there but they are not in the appearence -> widgets neither in the visual composer.
I’ve also removed and re-installed the Composer plugin but this didn’t help.
I have a page which I’m trying to edit with the TD Composer but I only see the menu on the left, the whole right side of the composer is entirely blank. I believe I’ve found a bug of some sort.
I’ve tried:
– Disabling all plugins
– Clearing cache
– Using different browsers
Also, my Statuses on the “page=td_system_status” page are all green except for caching which I am not currently using,
If I delete this page and try to recreate the page with the same permalink (e.g. /my-page) the issue continues. Is TD Composer caching a deleted permalink or something and getting confused (I believe I deleted this page once before)? I need access to this permalink so I can’t change it. I’ve also tried changing permalink settings and then putting them back with no joy.
I have found the following errors in the error_log:
PHP message: PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/fat.so/htdocs/wp-includes/post.php on line 1634
PHP message: PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/fat.so/htdocs/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php on line 263
These seem to point to post_type, I tried setting the page to draft and TD Composer works! As soon as I publish the page again it stops working.
Would appreciate some further help trying to fix this issue.
Thanks
Hello chadsrl,
I have inspected your website for mobile devices and I saw that your menu items seem to work. Also, I notice that you are using the mobile theme and that’s why some pages are not displayed because you are using the Visual Composer for these and the mobile theme does not recognize it, sorry!
For more information about our mobile theme plugin, please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I am trying edit content in post so when I click edit button it only goes loading and loading
Thank you
Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the server and WordPress parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed. Insufficient PHP memory and other of these parameters have a decisive role in the functionality of the theme and plugins.
After making these changes check if the composer works as intended.
Thanks
Hello virgboggie,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:

2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.

Hi all
We installed Newspaper theme on wordpress a couple of days ago and we can’t manage to get the TagDiv Composer to show the front page as everybody else sees it.
We’ve tried deactivating plugins and reinstalling the theme 3 times. at the end we installed the theme on another site to see if something was wrong with the theme – it worked perfectly fine – so is it just http://www.finans-avisen.dk which is broke?
Heres links to show images how we see it:

I could just delete everything on the ftp and just start over – but it will take a huge amount of time to insert the articles again…
I just realized that the same problem (white screen, no composer) happens while I am logged in as Administrator too.
I have to change again the tdc_main.php to its initial state.
Hi Simion,
Thank you for your immediate reply.
I did the customization you proposed to tdc_main.php
Here is a screenshot of the file: http://marketpost.gr/docs/tdc_main.png
Indeed, when I log in as an editor and go to home page, I see the tagDiv Composer link.
However, when I click, it seems like it loads and then I get a white screen. No composer loaded.
You can see that in this short video: http://marketpost.gr/docs/editor-td-composer.mp4
My client really pushes me on this and i would appreciate it if you could give a hand and make it work.
Thank you in advance.

I was editing my homepage in in tagDiv when I suddenly got this error message: Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! I have deactivated all the plugins except tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter, and have cleared my Caches, but am still getting this message. Hope you can help.
Hi
I have been able to hide author name and author box from post pages by using the options in the theme panel. But author name still appears in search results and also on all elements that I add on a static page using TagDiv Composer. I do not want the author name to appear anywhere in the site. How can I do that? Please help.
Regards
Narinder
Hello euphorie-design,
Please make sure that you have right setup your Big Grid with Visual Composer because I have tested on my side and it seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/za7Et9LIWPdu
Thanks.

Hello emporioeventi,
Please keep in mind that the TD COmposer was fully tested with Newspaper 8 version and it seems to work as expected, without any problem. Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way and then if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If the theme system status is set according to the guide, there should be no problem using the composer, unless something else is interfering.
Please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear any installed cache and create a new page. Test the tagDiv composer and see if it works properly on the created page.
Do not edit pages built with Visual composer, using the tagDiv composer. If you use the Yoast SEO plugin make sure this option is disabled

Hey everybody!
Nice theme, thanks!
1) I want to use the “Big Grid Full 7” and “Big Grid Full 10” layouts like in the demo on my front page:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-7/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-10/
BUT: When I create my page with the Visual Composer and add the blocks “Big Grid Full 10” and “Big Grid Full 7” to my page, they are not filling the full width of my page. When I try to set row setting to “Row stretch: stretch row and content” it looks very weird and bigger than on the demo page.
Any suggestions?
Hello,
I got this error message, ‘Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!’
when I was editing the shop page with tagDiv Composer.
I disabled all the plugins except tagDiv Composer and woocommerce and cleared the cache but the error messages still exists.
Would your team please help me with this issue?
Thanks a lot.
Hello,
I’m trying to install the tagDIV composer within my admin panel but i’m redirected to a page that says “I don’t have access”
Yes, I’ve already updated and verified my purchase code.
Just purchased this theme today and this is the first bug..Not looking good.
Hi,
@loirexplorer Yes, pages will have to be recreated with the tagDiv composer and replace the old ones. Delete the old one and make the new one live at the same time.
Maybe keep the same slug for the new pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MtV4zMp2pNgA
Editing pages built with the Visual composer, using the tagDiv composer is not recommended.
Thanks
Hi all,
i’ve upgraded to Newspaper 8 (site visible under http://www.gist.it) but seems that doesen’t work.
I’ve tried to create new page but tagDiv Composer page is blank and icon progressbar continue to run without any results
Hi,
So the Visual composer editor is not working properly. Check the theme system status and see if the server and WordPress parameters are set according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Deactivate the Visual composer and delete it, then install it again from the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If this does not have any effect, deactivate all plugins except the theme plugins, clear any caching installed and check again.
Thanks
