Ok, I see the issue now. Strange indeed. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

After you deactivate the Visual composer plugin you must also delete it and then upload the new version. Here is a tutorial about the update process – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If it says that the folder already exists you must check in the wp-content/plugins folder if there still is a js_composer folder and remove it, then try the installation again. Disabling and deleting it from the plugins section should remove this folder automatically.

Unfortunately, I did not saw any problems at your website, sorry! Above, I saw that you have added an image and not a video. Try to make a video to capture the error for a better understanding. After this, if you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Please try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme plugin, clear any caching installed, and check again. The mobile theme is fully tested and it is working properly, maybe a plugin is interfering with it.

If you are not using adsense for your ads, you just have to enter the ad code in the respective section in the theme panel, and the theme will detect this and render it unmodified – https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
For the mobile theme the ad codes must be entered in the mobile theme section in theme panel

Maybe the codes you are entering are not valid, or require additional implementation. If you are using a plugin for the ads maybe it is not compatible with the theme or not configured properly. Or another plugin is conflicting with the ads, so you can try disabling them all, except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, purge CDN files and check again.

Sorry but without visual composer, there is nothing to render the short codes with. The ‘renderer’ is the visual composer plugin. Without it, there can be no blocks.

There is no easy solution in this case. If a post has the featured category and another category assigned to it, you cannot ignore one and use the other with the current implementation and options for the related posts. What you could do is to disable the related articles on the post page, and then enable Visual composer on posts in order to create and use a block instead of this feature – https://www.screencast.com/t/gswiM6T1A Then use that blocks filtering options to display the posts you want. But Visual composer was not tested for posts and maybe it will not work properly, but you can give it a try if you want to achieve this.

Please keep in mind that the latest version of Visual Composer come bundled with the latest theme version. I have inspected your source page of your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core file and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should revert the theme to the default state, without any additional customizations and check the results. If the problem will be there after this advice, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.
