Hi Catalin,
Thanks for your assistance. All plugins are tested and have been working with no compatibility issue.
Strangely, the sidebar setting is not accessible on pages wich do not dispay the sidebar, such as here :https://www.screencast.com/t/rxjrPkbWHi (from http://stock-newswire.com/acheter-ou-louer/).
It says : While using Visual Composer sidebar settings are not available. To add a sidebar on page use the widgetised sidebar block.
However the sidebar setting is accessible on pages wich dispay the sidebar, such as here https://www.screencast.com/t/q0zp1WSLrrbM (from http://stock-newswire.com/calcul-rendement-locatif/).
Obviously there are different settings between these 2 pages, but I can’t see wich ones as I see visual composer in action in both.
Thanks in avdanced for your help.
This is what I did today and it works so far,
I already had the latest theme with Visual Composer v4.9, I deleted the plugin and install the plugin from theme panel to get the latest version of the plugin. Then I clear all the cache including cloudflare and images are showing as expected. I did this before too but not sure why did not work before. I will closely monitor in coming days and will provide additional info if the issue shows up.

Sorry Simion,
1. I do not see Visual Composer in Categories?
2. Nor do I see this Ad Box settings?
Just to be clear I want add more “Ad Boxes” (sidebar advertisement) in Categories but I do not see Visual Composer in Categories nor do I see this Ad Box settings?
Is there Documentation which explains the above?
But J bought visual composer only for Front End Editor . I spend 37 $ (34+3 fee) only to have it because I’m the beginner( I start now and I don’t have any previous experience) and I don’t know how to customize the theme without Front End Editor .
I bought your theme because is very beautiful but it is too complicated for me, so I bought visuel composer .
Do you have any manuel or guide how to customize it
Elizabeta
Hi Bogdan,
It looks sudenly my visual composer is not working too. Check role manager and configuration in general but still not showing when I edit a page. By surprise, when I disable wordpress seo, visual composer works?
thanks for helping.

Hello Elizabeta,
So, I guess that here is talking about the Front End Editor option. Unfortunately, our theme does not work fine with Frontend editor and our developers have decided to exclude it from the theme. You can enable the Visual Composer frontend editor by removing this code from theme’s functions – http://screencast.com/t/1N4LB7WhP2jR but unfortunately, will not work properly if you have tag div blocks on the page.
Please notice that if you want to have a frontend editor, you can try using our additional plugin which is TagDiv Composer. At the moment, this plugin is in development mode and as soon as possible we will make it compatible with Newsmag, sorry!
If you refer to something else, please provide more details.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Berbi,
Please check the backend settings for the page which do not have displayed the sidebar. Maybe, you can accidentally set no-sidebar and that’s why it is not displayed, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0knr3hEb9
Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to disable all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello robertocjf,
The theme installing should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more references about this way, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, check your server permission with your hosting provider. Also, if you want to modify the .htaccess you should only contact your hosting provider if you do not have access to it. Also. the .htaccess should look like in this image here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vyl2LTBFW For more information about how you can install the Visual Composer, please consult the guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Please try not to use any symbols or language specific characters as wordpress will strip the sidebars of any content if any symbols are detected.

Hi,
This could be happening because of overlapping css styles, if you are using a child theme please disable it and see what happens. If that does not work try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer and also check any custom code you might have entered in Theme panel->Custom Css.
Thanks
Hello,
1. We are not aware of any compatibility issues between the visual composer plugin and our theme. The js errors originate from an external source. That is why I suggested disabling plugins as they are the number one reason for js errors. This is not always the case though as js optimization and minification can also affect the theme js. A custom code as well or the child theme also if it’s not been updated properly. We assure you that visual composer is fully compatible with our theme as we are the ones providing it. It goes through rigorous tests before release. If you still cannot identify the source of the issue Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
2. As for the page speed I recommend using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
3. Please make sure you turn on the author and date for posts. Google structure data requires an author and date to be present on each post. That is why you see the errors.
4. If the mobile theme is not working well for you, you can simply disable it and use the standard responsive version of the theme.
Thank you!

AND I BOUGHT VISUAL COMPOSER TOO
I CAN’T SEE FRONTEND EDITOR IN ROLE MANAGER
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO ENABLE IT
4.2 I don’t see Frontend editor option in Visual Composer
First check if you have Frontend enabled for your user group – this can be done under WP Admin – Visual Composer – Role Manager. If you do not see Frontend editor option in Role Manager or if it is activated, but still not available it could be so that your WP theme author disabled Frontend editor from his/her theme configuration. In such case it is recommended to contact theme author directly to get information on reasons disabling Frontend and step by step guide on how to remove this blocker to enable Frontend editor

Hello janmarkuse,
My advice is to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. I do not know what types of the plugin you are using on your website but notice that you use some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Notice that all of the untested plugins used by you can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. To be safe, rule out all of them and check the result with the theme in the default state. Most likely, all of these errors happens due to your theme configuration or untested plugins used by you, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Unfortunately our theme block elements will ignore sticky posts. The featured posts can only be used with the featured category in our theme. The sticky featured posts that will remain on top always is not possible using our theme content blocks and modules. Using visual composer is not possible on category pages as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the visual composer elements. If mailchimp is compatible, there should be mailchimp elements in visual composer such as woocommerce ads to the visual composer element list.
You should also check the mailchimp official documentation for implementation methods. Maybe there is a shortcode you need to use or a code you can simply add in a text box.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just tested this on my end but I cannot see the issue. You must have an image optimization tool such as the photon setting of jetpcak. Here is an example of how the single image shows on our end:
https://www.screencast.com/t/NNqVXFuShGM – https://www.screencast.com/t/cyNRS1Ky6mOW
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, celar cache and reset cdn files. Then test the iamges again. Also redo any image optimization you might have in place.
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme will not use visual composer and will not render any visual composer shortcodes. This is specified here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/mobile+theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Shortcodes are not a general thing that works with every builder or theme out there. Visual composer has it’s own shortcodes. But if you use shortcodes from another page builder, they will not work with visual composer. Try to find shorcodes that work with visual composer and they will work with our theme as well. But if they are not compatible with the builder, they will not be compatible with our theme as well.
The shortcode plugins are not tested. some of them might work and some of them might not. This is the case with every theme out there. Not all plugins are compatible.
Thank you!

Hi
For some reason, images are not displaying on the home page, nor the category pages.
I have searched this forum, and learned I should deactivate all plugins, which I did even though the only plugin installed is visual composer.
NO PLUGINS ARE ACTIVE
Also, I have made zero modifications to the theme, it’s 100% right out of the box,
except for the home page made in VC.
The theme is also not showing the front page thumbnail of any youtube videos
that I have created video posts for..
Please help.. you can see front page problem here –
just scroll down

I have a page on my website https://goo.gl/pwpuK3 and I have added the ”Tabbed Content” with Visual Composer.
Then I made a row with 2 pieces as you can see on the page. On the left the ”single image” and on the right a text box.
My problem now is that I use logo’s of other companies and sometimes they are too small and sometimes too big. I use the image size ”thumbnail” and as you can see that looks just perfect. The problem is that I sometime upload pictures and they are too big and then it just cuts my logo that I upload to fit to the size of the thumbnail. Instead of that I would like to photoshop my own logos so it fits the sizes of a ”thumbnail”
Can somebody thus help me and tell me what sizes there thumbnails are? That way I just photoshop my images so it fits those sizes.
