Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer and see how it goes.

The Visual Composer comes bundled within the theme’s files and it is licensed to the theme, you don’t need to register it and you cannot update it directly to it’s producer. Only we can provide updates for it and in the next theme version will will provide also the latest version of Visual Composer available on market so you will be able to update it. You can use the tagdiv blocks on post pages, they should work properly. The problem is that if you use Visual Composer on post, some post features may not work(for example modal image, articles ads..). The Visual Composer was initially designed as a pagebuilder(default wordpres pages) and it is treated the same by us and we recommend to us it on pages, but you can use/try it also on posts and see how it goes.

Sorry but the woo subscriptions plugin was not tested with the theme and we cannot provide you any suggestions in this regard. We provide support only for the theme related issues and not for plugin’s implementation – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
From what I see all the errors are related to the plugin’s files and wordpress. You can try to check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer and Woocommerce plugins and see how it goes, maybe it helps.

To debug this I recommend to disable all your plugins except Visual Composer(or at least only what it is necessarily) as this may be also caused by a plugin that you use. Also we did not received any similar reports.
Also you could check this on a clean wordpress install on a test site, using only the theme and the plugins provided and see if you still have issues. And check the System Status parameters – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Please install the theme on a test site using just Visual Composer and Woocommerce plugin and see if the issue persist and also send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to this test site so we can take a closer look.

2. The Image Box element was not designed to open the image in a lightbox. Also I see that you use Visual Composer on posts, it works, but please note that some post features may not work. The Visual Composer was initially designed as pagebuilder and also on our theme it is recommended for pages.

I have tested on my side with the latest version of the theme and the search page seems to work as properly, without any problems. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch only with required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. All of them should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard.

I suggest to check your custom codes (for example ad code or any custom code added in a text widget) and make sure that you don’t have a html error. Any unclosed html tag could create similar issues. Also check it without any plugins active except Visual Composer, clear all you caches and see how it goes.

Please keep in mind that the default behavior of the theme when you click on my profile in the top bar is to link you to your author page. I do not know why you will be redirected to the shop page. Do you have made any changes in this regard? Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the theme without any untested plugins to rule out any conflicts.
For your second request, I suppose that you are referring to the Instagram Block which is added in the bottom of the page, right? So, please notice that these featured images will not be loaded in the light box because all of them come from Instagram and will be displayed there.

The latest theme version Newspaper 7.5 contains Visual Composer 4.12.1. Please note that the plugin is already licensed to the theme, you don’t need to register it so please ignore the plugin’s warnings. It is also specified in the update guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
In the next theme release we will provide the latest version of Visual Composer available on the market and you will be able to update it.
If you have problems with your current version, please make sure you use the version provided with the theme 4.12.1, it is tested and it should work fine.

I also see that you are referring to a contact widget, but I’m not really sure what you mean. If you want to create a contact form you will need to use Contact Form 7 plugin.

1. If you want full header/footer display, do not set a background color or image. When you set a background the theme will automatically transform the site into a boxed version.
