First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you are using a Google Font which has a support for that language. You did not mention anything about disabling the other plugin so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This will rule out a plugin conflict. If the problem is still there after you do the above steps, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.copm and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue.

Well you should not use the word bug looseley as most people tend to. A bug is something that happens to ALL of the users. We do not claim to be bug-free…far from it, but a major bug usually end up as the hottest topic on this forum. Whenever there is a major bug, you only need to access the forum and you will see lots of topics with the same issue. That is clearly a bug :). On your end this does not happen so I think it is safe to say that it is a local issue on your end. Probably a plugin conflict. If you have any further strange issues, the debugging starts with the plugins. Disable all plugins except visual composer, and very importantly: clear all caching, and purge cdn files if you use it. Then if the problem is still there, check for custom code in the theme panel, child theme or the theme files. If you use a chuild theme and want to debug an issue, it;s best to simply switch to the main theme for testing.
I hope this helps if not for this particular issue, but maybe for future ones.

Try to clear your manually translated items and then try to load the translation again. Also check if any other settings from the theme panel are not working. if this is the case, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reaset cdn files if you use it. Then test again.
Also if you use wordfence, please set the firewall to learning mode.

Our theme does not change any setting automatically especially setting custom fonts. This is a strange issue indeed. The ads should also be working still as the ad implementation was not changed. My suspicion is you have an untested plugin that is no longer compatible in the latest version of our theme. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test the site again.

I understand. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately there is no simple solution I can provide for this as the scroll to top feature is added by the visual composer plugin and it scrolls to the top of the element but it does not go a few pixels extra for our theme’s sticky menu. They are 2 very different implementations. In order to make the tab element scroll further you will have to edit the visual composer plugin and we cannot provide any solution in this regard. I will pass this information on to our development team and if a solution is found, we will implement it in the them, if it’s possible from the theme’s side.

Unfortunately as this is a custom modification I cannot say for sure why this happens. Your code seems to go outside of the content borders. We only recommend using the theme default ad system, not custom code added to the theme files. On pages we suggest using the ad box element present in the visual composer element drop[down and for the rest of the theme we recommend the theme ad spots: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
If you do not plan on using the default theme implementation, we suggest hiring some help on this as this represents customization and it falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.

The big grid slide is an element like any other that can be found in visual composer. When you edit a page and press the + button to add a new element, a list will show with all of the theme elements you can use:

Well, the long list you see is a tab element you added on your page. Simply edit the page in visual composer and remove the tab element from the page.

If you want to buy the plugin to get access to plugin support from the developers, you can but we do not recommend using any other version that the tested and approved one with our theme. Right now the latest version tested is 4.12.1 which is the latest version the plugin author has released: http://screencast.com/t/EznDBR02H6DX We update visual composer along with the theme updates so if you do not have this version, please use the guide you posted and update your plugin from the main theme package.
