When a page Pagebuilder + page title sovsmetno with js_composer blocks 3, 6, 4, 5 do not work correctly. Error gone after upgrade to 3.2 on all pages which use blocks 3, 6, 4, 5. http://lifekostroma.ru/planiruem-poezdku-v-kostromu
I love Mobile theme. It’s really fast. But here is the issue.
Apart from general daily use, sometimes I need to create a new page or post which needs visual composer functions.
Is there any way to disable or exclude “mobile theme plugins” for certain pages or posts ? Can’t we write some code which will make “mobile theme plugin” ineffective for certain pages or posts?
I know you might tell me to disable the mobile theme , but please try to understand that it is not a solution. Mobile theme makes websites really super fast but for certain pages, visual richness is more important than speed.
TagDiv is a strong team and all your themes are going to be used by us for long long time so. it’s really important to find solutions to these issues. If not now and then at least in the future updates.
Please give me some hope.
My theme keep telling me I have to update WPBakery Visual Composer 4.12 to 4.12.1.
What do you reccomend to do?

I noticed when I go to edit the home page, the visual composer section where all my layout should be is blank. If I switch to the classic editor I see my code:

–The strange thing is the front end looks fine. I just cant edit it on the backend because I cant see it. i am using ver. 7.3 and the visual composer 4.9. Do I need to update to 7.4?

What’s the latest version of the theme? I thought I was on it but I see my visual composer is not the latest version.

You do not need to ‘activate’ the plugin other than turning it on from the plugins panel in WordPress like any normal plugin.

I saw on the forum that i should deactivate, delete and install a new visual composer.
I did all that but still the visual composer is not active, i do not know why i have to suffer this way, please i urgently need this plugin to start working as i need to edit a few things on my site

I am not sure why this happens but it could be an issue caused by some plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins excerpt Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.

Unfortunately you have very limited control over a post loop page. You can only change how it looks, but it will grab all of the content in a latest sorting order. if you want more control over your homepages, please create a static page and use visual composer to add content to it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Our theme does not have a video gallery element unfortunately. We have a video player element and a video playlist element: https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ but not as a standard gallery for self hosted videos.
You can ad the playlist element in visual composer or in the widgets area of wordpress for sidebars.

If you use a blog homepage you can only choose the layout for it from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/eVnaJCHjKlz You cannot customize this page in visual composer. I’m not sure I understand exactly how you want your ads but our ad system works like this: There are a set amount of predefined ad spots in the theme panel here: http://screencast.com/t/1pZOOnsj
These ad spots are presented in our theme docs here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ Please check all of the menu items on the left of the page for different ad spots.
If you want to place a custom ad on a page you can use an ad box element in visual composer and place the ad at your desired position within the page content. You can also place an ad box in sidebars as well from the widgets area of wordpress.
There is no ad spot on category pages though You can place a header ad or a footer ad that will show across the whole site.
So if you want to have an ad exclusively on the homepage simply place the adsense ad in a custom ad spot in the theme apnel then add an ad box element inside the homepage layout in visual composer and select the ad spot you placed your ad in when prompted to.

I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Please ignore this message and try to install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme, clear all caches and check the results. Please notice that all the plugins which come with the theme have the own license and must not buy anything. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer which come bundled with the latest version of theme. Clear all your caches and test it again.

Here is talking about the Visual Composer shortcode which is automatically generated when you pull the back editor button. Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme. Also, make sure that you are using the latest WordPress (4.6.1) version to bring the best results.

how i costumize my main page (kisahsalaf.com) with visual composer?
I don’t want to create a new homepage (kisahsalaf.com/homepage) but i want to costumze my main page..
I tried for both (category & tags) on the speed booster file:

if(is_category()){
unset($this->style_footer_queue['js_composer_front']);
}
And seems that the .js is removed from source. You can confirm whether it is right?
There’s any way to piece together this two conditions in the same function?

Unfortunately css cannot do this. Css can show or hide something that is already added in html, but it cannot add content. If you want to add an image on pages you have to add it in visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/b1AMgikyu or in the standard mce editor.

As we talked in a previous topic about dequeue_visual_composer working together with Speed Booster, which by the way, you’ve solved, right now I find that all categories and tags loaded this VC plummet even if is not required.
My Q is, how we can dequeue this plugin from categories and tags?
I’m not using at all Visual Composer for nothing, except the homepage.
As we know, speaking from the SEO perspective, category & tags are a little bit hard to optimize due to the limited options provide by WordPress itself, so, without a good speed optimization we do not do anything.
