I wanted to ask how I can change my recent post block at the end of my Homepage with the most popular posts block on the top of my Page, e.g. switch them? Because I am not able to do that via Visual Composer in the Home-Site. The block with recent posts doesnt appear.

i already had to update VC when it required updating the last time and successfully updated it via the method on the sticky post above. However, I have noticed it requires updating again!
Can you advise if this is a continued problem and if it can be resolved immediately once and for all instead of this process again and again?
Also theme has been updated to the latest version.

I have tested the mobile theme with the latest version of speedbooster (4.5) and it seems to work properly. Please make sure you use the latest version of speedbooster (found in the main theme package) and make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

We did not see any score of 63.
The resources you mention are nowhere to be found.
As a note, the plugin works fine but there could be external interference that can make page speed slower. Page speed customization falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.

You can use the shortcode from visual composer like so:
Create the google map on a duymmy page
access classic mode and text mode in the visual editor
copy the big shortcode between the row and column tags: http://screencast.com/t/auTTid9i8OZC
insert it into your post in text mode.
As an alternative you can use plugins to implement google maps on posts.

Please try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and the latest version of required plugins. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. After you have followed these steps and if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

I like your theme, thanks for making a nice, customizable website. But I can’t seem to be able to make the header & footer display properly. I would like to have the green color extend all the way to the left and right, but as you can see from these images it stops:

Unfortunately, our mobile theme do not recognize any Visual Composer shortcode and if you are using something like that to bring the post content for mobile, this will not work, sorry! If you want that your post content to be visible in Mobile theme, you should leave a post content to normal, without using ant shortcode. Hi,
Well one of the errors n you debug refers to a simplecache plugin. It could either be that plugin or another one. We suggest disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site without the plugins to see if you still get the errors.

@nktheme Like Christopher said above there is a sticky topic on the forum how to update the Visual Composer plugin and an explanation that it is licensed to the theme and only we can provide updates, you cannot update it directly from the it’s producer.

I increased the parameters and added the code
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' );
The problem still persist for the footer mobile menu links, contact us, terms of use, etc. on the mobile phone. There is no issue if the footer mobile menu is removed.
I understand that Visual Composer, page builder does not work on mobile theme, so I changed the content to a regular page content. Still can’t resolve the issue.
Any other suggestions to resolve the issue is appreciated.

Please make sure that you update the theme according to our documentation, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Mobile theme, clear all caches, purge cdn files if your’re using then test the site again.

You do not need to activate your copy of visual composer as it’s a free version bundled with the theme that does not require any activation. I am trying to install Newsmag in place of Mustang Lite (https://www.webmandesign.eu/mustang-wordpress-theme/), which also uses Visual Composer. When I activate the theme and then create columns, they do not display correctly even though everything looks fine on the back end (the items stack instead of being side by side). I had the same issue whether I used demo content or built a page from scratch. Thanks.

I am using the Newspaper 7.1.1 With wordpress 4.6.1 and a small and clean theme child customization.
The site seems to be OK, and run without problems, but watching my error.log file in my site in production, i can see a lot of these errors:

Okay I did what he suggested completely. I deactivated everything except visual composer. Cleared cache. Same problem.
I turned it all back on, but can confirm that it is not a plugin conflict causing the problem. I also disabled the child-theme I created and that didn’t do anything either.
Can you follow up with support on that forum and see if he has other suggestions?

Unfortunately the mobile thee is an entirely different thing altogether. The method above will not work on the mobile theme as it uses a visual composer shortcode. The mobile theme does not use visual composer. There is no easy way of adding new ad spots in the mobile theme.
