Is it possible to use your theme with a simple design, like what the themes Bimber and FlexMag, without the visual composer plugin ?
This theme offer a lot of good designs, but has a lot of flaws, like lack of speed, sometimes duplicating the home page of the website.
For example, Bimber and FlexMag theme offer a good design, and their themes only uses the WordPress tool to customize the theme, and, of course, without the framework, it offers a tremendous speed thanks to their theme.
If there is no solution to change your NewsPaper theme (or theme NewsMag)
Hope you soon launch a new theme for news, which can have a good design without visual or compose framework.

I have inserted a Video block using Video Composer on my Home Page but for some reason it won’t pick up the theme style for the Block header and instead appears just black and without an underline. How can I fix this?

First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard and then you will have to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/. So, if you cannot increase these parameters, please consult your hosting provider and ask them to do this thing. Try to disable all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

So, if these errors will disappear after this, you can install your plugins one by one and you will have to identify the culprit and remove this to avoid this conflict. Unfortunately, not all of plugins are working fine with the premium theme.

I installed Newspaper a few days ago and have continuously gotten a “HTTP error” when I try to upload media (photos) in Insert Media. I do not get this error if I use any other theme and upload a photo.
What can I do to fix this? I also purchased visual composer because I thought that would help and it has not.

That means you have a plugin conflict. In this case you must disable all plugins except visual composer again and then re-activate the plugins one by one and test your smrtlist after each one you activate so you can figure out which one causes the issue. When you identify the one that conflicts, you must remove/replace it with another that does not create problems. Unfortunately not all plugins are compatible with premium themes.

If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If your problem is still there after this, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version and test it again.

We removed smooth scroll from the theme so there is not a dis-functionality from Visual Composer. I am not sure why the header disappear after the page goes to anchor the anchor link as I’ve test this on my side and it works fine.

Thank you for the answer. I did everything you said.
1. I disabled all plugins.
2. I activated only three plugins: Visual Composer, Mobile Theme, WP Super Cache.
3. I cleared all caches in WP Super Cache (I don’t use CDN).
Then I went to the one of the posts on my website from mobile phone. I saw the mobile version of the post.
Then I visited the same post from PC. And theme showed me mobile version again. I tried to clear cache. It didn’t help.
I tried another way. First I opened another post from PC. I got standart version of the post. I visited the same post from mobile phone. And from mobile format was also as for PC, not mobile version.
So, as I understood, WP Super Cache caches the version of post for the device that first enter the post. And then shows this version for all devices.

The code you use is a standard visual composer block. You can create a block on a dummy page and sort it the way you want from block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ and then replace your shortcode with the one from the new sorted block.

There is no standard FAQ element that comes with the theme, that is why i could not guess what this element is. It seems to be an accordion from visual composer. Accordions have their own styling. Please provide a link pointing to this element so I can inspect and provide the css needed to change the text color.
