I have an unresolved problem. I’m asking for your help.
When you create and update a web page using tagdiv composer on an existing page, existing posts may be deleted. If I create a new page using tagdiv composer, there is no problem, but if I update an existing page using tagdiv composer, all existing text and design will be lost. What should I do?
It worked here in 2024 🙂

I can’t delete / edit a block from the “World” theme on the home page using the TagDiv Composer? When I click on the block, it is not highlighted for editing with the composer. How can I delete the block?

How to add dates on homepage “tabbed content” widgets in composer, using city talk demo. , also on blocks like “flex block 1”. They are simply not showing the dates to each article, above the title. I tried the tick on with last edited date and such, but nothing.
I saw why pagination is missing, the template doesn’t show any icons, i mean i add them in the composer editor, but icons don’t show on front end or they show as empty box, like missing icon, do you know why?

Pages of products created with your woo template, edited with TagDiv composer does not see SEO Yoast plugin. I must edit products page with wp editor and add same text to have SEO full settings. What is about images, alt descrip, etc…Is that possible to correct work SEO engine from google or other…

For whom it will concern: we have worked the last week with the latest update of Newspaper.
As the upgrade looked ok in first instance, we found out that the behavior of the TagDiv Composer has become very unpredictable, thus causing unexpected template behavior of this great theme.
– Slight changes in tdi. settings that aren’t changed while editing the template
– In editor mode the live site cosmetics are sometimes not what they should look like.
Therefore we now always have to log out and restart browser in order to check if changes have been correctly processed (and what other suddenly appear).
– Using third party caching (WP-Optimize Premium) is not stable anymore icw these changes.
Former additional/customized CSS rules do not work well with latest version of Newspaper. Please check first before you make any changes to your template with Composer.

1. The most simple and fast way will be to use an extra plugin, if you want you can try this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-slider/
2. To set the color variation on a product please check this guide – https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-color-and-image-swatches/
3. From what I know there is no option for this, but I think it can be achieved with a custom javascript/jquery or using some functions. Here is a similar case – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26884272/hide-custom-tab-when-no-content-is-present-in-woocommerce-products
4. There is no option in tagDiv Composer of Newsmag only for Newspapers, this theme provide an extra plugin that provide templates for woocommerce (tagDiv Shop).

5. Newsmag do not have an option for this, but the Newspaper theme have specific elements for this, for example you can use the “Woo Products Live Search” element and you can also edit the search results page –

I tried once a Eastcoast Check Pro Plugin on a page model.
I don’t like it so i uninstalled the page model and the plugin.
But now, on the tagdiv composer i have the eastcoast font in addition to my usual fonts on the global font section.
How to permanently delete this model and all its components?

I can see that you have the Woo product template (Delovi Global) assigned to your products and other different templates. Please check the SEO settings from Yoast SEO -> Settings -> Products & Cloud Templates. Also, if you edit a product (Gutenberg), scroll down, and you can see the most recent SEO settings.
The product content you’ve set in the tagdiv composer in the cloud template.

This morning we updated the theme to Newspaper 12.6.4
After the machine finished automatically updating the plugins, the screen asked to register the theme since it was “not registered” (yet it had already been registered in the past).
However, we tracked down the serial number and re-recorded the theme successfully.
Although everything “seemed” to be fine, the child theme appears completely devastated: post aside, it seems that all the sections have returned to default (even the image boxes have the original placeholder).
We deleted and reinstalled Composer, cleared the cache, switched between parent and child themes, disabled all the plugins and re-activated them one by one… but no results. Now we are trying to go back to a previous backup.
What is going on???

The only extra data that is added in the database is when you install a demo (Installing Pre-built Websites) and if you uninstall it al the content added by it will be removed.
Also, the footer, header, sidebar can be edited using the tagDiv Composer as those are now part of cloud templates and can be edited on frontend using the theme builder.

I have gone into the original Theme Panel/Template Settings/ and disabled the smart sidebar
I have also gone into my main post template through the TG Composer and unchecked “sticky” in the column
But it is still there. What am I missing?
re-activate the td-composer plugin — just ran into the same thing with the v5 update last month 🙂
I did FTP upload of the td-composer plugin from the ‘all files’ zip download to make sure I had latest version with security fixes.
