The hamburger is not the only thing not working. The search also does not work or other javascript elements. You have a js error in your console. Most likely a plugin conflict.
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it.

I have tested on my side this feature and everything seems to work as expected. Please ensure that this problem does not come from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. For better results, we recommend using the latest version of the theme and tested plugins.

The editor style.css affects the back-end of your website. If this does not load for some reason, it could probably be a plugin that conflicts with it. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. (also reset cdn files if you use it).

As I have said into your previous topic, these errors come from interference between your untested plugins and our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clears all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Your page is not set to display a sidebar. To have a sidebar using contact form on a page you can try this configuration in Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/jDjMckhYmz The result can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/20c6eAvK
Here i used a 2/3 reow for the contact form generated by the plugin and a 1/3 row for the sidebar added using a widgetized sidebar block.
Here is the page shortcode from Vsual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/BmnE550Yefu – http://pastebin.com/H9WFM6MH You can use it as example, just edit the text block and replace the current shortcode with one generated by your plugin.

The background image is not added by the theme as the backstretch class is missing from page source. Try to deactivate deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.

The menu it’s hidden because of an external css applied on its container. This css seams to be inherited in menu’s html structure. If you made any changes in header file try to revert them then test again. Also try o deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.

1) There actually is such a grid called a big grid slide: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
It’s not styled as big grid 5 though. There is no such option.
2)In order to achieve this you will have to use a mega-menu and you can have other blocks in it by using a page menu so you can create a page in visual composer and it will be displayed inside the menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/

Thank you. I turned off all the plugins except for Visual composer. This solved the problem so one of the is causing it.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset CDN if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict that is causing the sidebars to disappear. Also, check if you have any special characters in the sidebar you created. WP only allows standard characters. Non-language specific ones or symbols such as !@#$%^&. Even – or _ sometimes caused issues.

Te rugam sa iei in considerare ca orice modificare adusa in structura posturilui sau in modul de afisare a continutului implica customizari suplimentare. Noi oferim suport pentru tot ce inseamna modul de utilizare si configurarea corecta a temei. Orice customizare care implica modificarea actualei implementatri, pentru orice element implica schimbarea codului actual sau ajustarea lui pentru a abtione rezultatul dorit.
Din pacaqte timpul nu ne permite sa oferim servicii de customizare, fiind un numar mic de membrii ne confruntam cu un volum mare de munca. Pentru orice alte customizari va trebuii fie sa angajezi un developer care sa te ajute in realizarea lor.

It can be done but it will require a bit of work on your part. You can add full width images in visual composer like our travel demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/ You can also use call to action buttons and custom menu elements. It will require a bit of css styling as well for the effect you want so if you cannot do it yourself, we recommend hiring a freelancer to help out.

This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflict with one of your installed plugins. Try to deactivate the animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/YfRwIXkEWam7 clear all caches and test again. Also you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and check if the problem is still there.

Please disable any plugins you might have. Simply leave visual composer active and clear your cache. Then activate the theme. If the problem is still there without other plugins, then please make a copy of the error log and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access (as well as the error log) and as many details as you can about the issue. This could be a cache issue as the theme is tested and the option which remove the background image works fine. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
If you still can manage to solve this issue please provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.
