I’ve checked your site on a tablet with Windows 8 as operating system and I have not encountered any problems with more article box but i found a js error in browser’s console on desktop: http://screencast.com/t/zEGTDEviD I am not sure what causes this error but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer just to be sure that there is no conflict, clear all caches and test again.

Hello I am having the same issue as this gentleman. In fact I have 10 widgets that are not appearing. I am using trial and error with different widgets to do the same function but none are appearing in the Visual Composer or the page editor – they are however in the Widget section. Please assist.

I’ve tested a post from your site and the more article box does not show up after it’s closed once:
http://screencast.com/t/WwdobzTYMy I am not sure why the box appear again on your side but you can try to clear the cache memory, also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.
Also you can try to make a new local install on your computer, with the latest version of WordPress, the current version of the theme available on themeforest, V 2.3.5, Visual Composer plugin and test again.
The theme don’t have any sort order filters for posts displayed in more article box. If you chose to display posts from same category, the display order will be random. To change the display order you have to edit the td_more_article_box.php file and add this parameters like here: http://screencast.com/t/5vwNrQuRZnM

Regarding the images embedded from facebook I replied you here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/image-gallery-visual-composser-not-work/
We didn’t tested the galey from Visual Composer with picasa images and I can’t say now why they don’t work as this task require some serious investigationss. Visual Composer plugin is tested to work with the WordPress and theme so there is a chance to appear some conflicts when you try to use different tools.
Try to duplicate this situations using a default wp-theme and check how it goes, also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and clear the cache memory before testing.

Would be a good practice o add a specific class for the row used to add this text and use it instead of .vc_custom_1454688976804 That is a unique class generated by Visual Composer for each row and every time the row it’s modified it changes, so the css won’t be applied after that. We’re sorry for all inconveniences.
We do our best to offer the high quality support for our customers but in some situations, like this one, inspecting the site is not enough to detect a problem. There are many reasons why a content may appear or not on a specif page. The content could be generated directly in visual composer, also could be added directly in code or as I explained in my reply from email, can be added by WordPress depending by users settings.

The theme also includes a very old version of the Visual Composer. I have already bought a new version of the Visual Composer and some of it´s add-ons. To use it I need to know how to disable the VC in the theme so I can use the license included with the new Visual Composer plugin.

It is crazy to use old versions of plugins which are included in themes. In the past year I have had 3 malware attacks. I am not saying the Rev-slider or the Visual Composer is the root of the problem – but they have been injected at some point and rule #1 in WordPress is to keep all plugins up to date to keep malware out. Having a theme which does not allow me to update the plugins when needed is possibly irresponsible of me. You should give webmasters the option to at least update them.

I’ve checked your site and noticed that the page structure it’s different then the one from the theme. If you made any customization in theme’s file try to revert them, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using and test again.

I did the test and in page title it works great , but in the post title don´t work on titles if I using visual composer blocks.
