[tagDiv Composer] Even when I press the delete button in the builder, the EMRTY INNER COLUMN space remains and I cannot delete it.
Right-clicking doesn’t seem to have a menu to delete it.
2. Leads
Newspaper, an e-mail provider, is unable to access Sender.net-related APIs, so we are experimenting with manually collecting e-mails by inserting [Leads] using tagDiv Composer.
However, I don’t know how to adjust the size range for the right button or box. It seems that we need to increase the right button and expand the box a little more so that users can see it more comfortably. How can I edit it using tagDiv Composer?

In the box, you will see a checkbox for ‘Terms and Conditions, User Agreement’. How can I hide this?

Is there any other way other than Leads method to integrate email sender API that is not provided by Newspaper? Please guide me if there is any other good way
Can you help add email senders in the next update? If you add Korea’s [Stevie] and [senser.net], this problem will be solved.
I’m curious if there is an outcome already, because I have the same problem with a similar plugin (Leopard – WordPress offload media). It takes > 30 seconds to just load the media library. Each and every time I open it. Using the WP health plugin I found the cause seems to be in either tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Composer. Without them it loads in 5 seconds.

TagDiv composer is absolutely new to me, and I like it. Unfortunately when I try to chose ie. a new header from cloud library, the templates does not load, and the page freezes.

I did not do anything to change the post layout yet suddenly all of the posts are pushed to the right. i try to edit the single post page in tagdiv composer and it looks normal there but when i close the composer, the posts are all still pushed to the right. what can i do to fix this immediately? thank you!!!

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Edit the page with the tagDiv Composer and check the CSS tab of the elements. There should be somewhere in that area a margin. Delete the value from there.

I wonder if there is a way to change the order of the movement path, and if I click the purchase button, I go to the login page (go to the login page provided by Newspaper) and then move to the checkout page. How can I manipulate it?
I have inserted a JavaScript code on my site through tagDiv Composer. Added a raw Html and put the code in that. Now when I open the tagDiv Composer, I only see the banner from the code, but cannot edit anything else. How can I remove the code, I cannot see the elements in order to remove the html part.

If any element from that page is not built in the TagDiv Composer, then you cannot edit it. It could be a default sidebar or one from another builder.

You can remove the Single Post Author select with tagDiv Composer and with a right-click you can delete => https://i.imgur.com/GNzcGmJ.jpg , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg this change will be applied to all posts that use that template and you can delete any element like this.

With tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date in Single Post Template and
you can change the additional text in “Last updated on” => https://www.screencast.com/t/EvfUQMfzkd, and the Single Post Modified Date will show you the last time you edited that post => https://www.screencast.com/t/j74uz43paZj

I have followed the step in this thread (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/megamenu-exclude-2nd-level-subcategories/#post-460480) to remove them from desktop, but it seems there is some screenshot that can no longer be viewed that explains how to do it for the mobile menu via wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_menu.php
I also used this thread for help removing them from desktop (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/is-it-possible-to-exclude-third-level-sub-categories-from-mega-menu/)
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi tagDiv support, good day! I am a newsmag user, love the product. Recently my site has been experiencing a lot of buggy layout errors and my woocommerce checkout is freezing on customers. I see that the wpbakery composer needs a critical update and your documentation says that I should be able to update through the theme, not by going directly to wpbakery. Can you help me figure this out? Thank you!

Sometimes, the issue can be caused by a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv; if you’re using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (including from your browser), and then check the results.

We have a large number of sites that run the Newspaper theme. On almost all theme updates the ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ & ‘tagDiv Composer’, either get deactivated or deleted entirely causing the sites to appear broken.
This happens on a number of sites so I know it isn’t a site specific issue.
Any solutions for this?

How can I remove the link that is in the photo and in the author’s name? I want to totally remove these links (this is about crawlers and losing crawl budget).
Below in the screenshot the items that need to be modified. I want the links to be gone (CSS is not the solution here)
I am using TagDiv Composer to build the post and I found these elements in PHP. They are located in the td-cloud-library plugin.
Path to the file – td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_author.php
A fix is required in this file (removing the link from the author’s photo and from the author’s name), but I don’t know how to do it, because I don’t want to overwrite the plugin (I care about updates). What other way can I modify it? Is it possible to somehow create a path in child-theme to overwrite this file or maybe you know another solution?

Hello, we’ve added through TagDiv Composer the Single Post Comments. Everything seems ok through the Composer, through the Theme Panel, posts are activated at the end to allow comments, and it does not appear.
We are migrating an existing website and we’re editing the new one offline.
Posts with comments show the comments, but possibility of leaving a comment shows as “Comments are closed”. Posts with no comments, nothing appears, except the title of the Single Post Comments.
Please advise.
