Hello,

You have a cloud header, then you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/MIhm17tgIJeX select the logo and disable H1 on the logo => https://www.screencast.com/t/T6pvm7wR9 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/P7DuA9su from header and footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/31zJzmsS also if you use a sticky header.
The H1 must appear only once on the page/post and must be applied to an important element for SEO, usually placed on the logo.

Thank you!

Hello,
I am posting this because I would like to remove my H1s from logo cause I am having 2 H1 in every page I publish. I would like to know if there is any chance to remove it from the theme file editor. I have seen in other forums that one option is changing the Default Template by Page Builder + Overlay Menu but I would like to keep using the Default Template cause it offers me more flexibility than Page Builder + Overlay Menu. I am trying from the wp-content/plugins/td-composer/ but I can’t see where is the logo-h1.php. Thank you very much! null File editor

Hi @bettina,

I’m having exactly the same problem as Vincent with Modal Images. I’m running WordPress 5.9 and Newspaper 11.4.1.

I’m using the ‘Default PRO’ theme.

I have deactivated all plugins using the ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’ plugin. Only ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ and ‘tagDiv Composer’ are active.

I thought it may be my child theme, so switched to the Newspaper Version: 11.4.1, but it made no difference.

I also used the Time Machine and installed Newspaper Version: 11.4, it made no difference.

I have ‘General Modal Image’ ON and ‘Use loading animation image’ OFF.

A link demonstrating the problem at https://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers.com/2022/02/11/foreign-buyers-returning-droves/id=00165079

Possible in Newspaper 11. Not sure about earlier versions.

TagDiv Composer -> News Ticker Element -> Filter

Change the “Sort Order” to “Popular (last 48 hours)”.

Hello! I know I’m late to this but we cant seem to find the documentation for transiting from WPBakery to TagDiv Composer.
The link provided here is broken: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello Bettina,

Thank you for your prompt suggestion. Unfortunately, tagdiv gallery layout didn’t work as well as visual composer. Will have to find another plugin to do the job.

Edit via the TagDiv Composer and change the “Row Stretch” to “Stretch Row and Contents”.

Or…

You could try changing the td-container to fluid.

Here you have the page file:

wp-content/themes/Newspaper11/Newspaper/page.php

And the post files are here:

wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/

Hi,
Just downloaded release 11.4.1 of NewsPaper and checked it’s content.
In the Plugins zip-directory I made a compare the td-composer content with my current release 11.3.2.
It looks like that this an older release.
fi. td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\function.php has a date tagDiv – 2019
td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster multiple files are missing the changes earlier included in the release.

Could you please check!?

Hello @thegrandes!

Please make sure this option is disabled: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png and “Exit mobile version” won’t appear.
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.

For more customizations, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos and more theme documentation on the left side: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
You can import a cloud template or if you’ll like some sections from a demo, than you can find that section in the Cloud Templates or you can do it from scratch also by importing a blank template: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg

Thank you!

Thank you. Now it’s fine but only when I click on the “Exit mobile version”. How do I make this the default page?
Lastly, how do I edit the mobile footer/header? I tried installing a template from the cloud header/footer template, but on the mobile composer I only have the option to choose a home page template.

Hello @syedali364!

If you use a cloud template, then you should upload the logo in the TagDiv Composer.
If the problem persists, please provide more information about the settings you did and your website link.

A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Thank you!

Standard Pack plugin? Been using 9.7 for 5 of my sites for years. What Standard Pack plugin? Do you mean TagDiv Cloud Library, TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Social Counter? Is that what you mean by “Standard Pack plugin”?

zlobica

unfortunately, I can’t solve the problem…

with the “Custom Post Type UI” plugin I have created a Custom Post Type called “Gewerbe” (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gewerbe)

in the folder “Newspaper-child” I put and renamed the files as I showed below

1. – wp-content >> themes >> Newspaper >> single.php (single-gewerbe.php)

2. – wp-content >> plugins >> td-standard-pack >> Newspaper >> parts >> single >> single_template_1.php (single-gewerbe.php and single_gewerbe.php)

3. – wp-content >> plugins >> td-composer >> legacy >> Newspaper >> taxonomy-post_format.php (taxonomy-gewerbe.php)

none of this worked and I was never able to get a page that has a sidebar…

please can you send me a file that i can use as a template for Custom Post Types pages which works properly and which can show a sidebar

https://prnt.sc/ScEcFixJd6UT

thank you in advance

Hello @Nik!

You made this gallery with the visual composer plugin, so after deactivate this plugin, it will display the code on your page. This gallery will work only with the plugin activated. If you want to use the builder TagDiv Composer, I recommend you to add a gallery like this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/

Thank you!

Hello @iamratnesh!

No, it shouldn’t be there. If you use a cloud template, you can check from the TagDiv Composer while you edit that page.

Thank you!

Hello,

There is an issue with the image gallery after I remove the visual composer plugin. The image gallery does not work anymore.

Currently coding:

[vc_gallery interval=”0″ images=”2227″ img_size=”medium”].

[vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”2263,2241,2242,2243,2244,2245″ img_size=”medium”]

I am currently using Newspaper V 11.4, Post template: front panel

What coding should I use to make the gallery work. Suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you,

Nik

I finished setting up the desktop site but was unable to get the mobile site to work like the demo. I read the guide a few times and I think I tried everything. Right now, my mobile page looks like this: https://youtu.be/fV8vGfKIVvU
The way I would like it to look would be like in the demo: https://youtu.be/3w5wlsMQX6s
On the composer, it appears just like in the demo but when viewed from the mobile device it looks like in video 1.
I would appreciate any help you can provide. A video tutorial would be great.

Hello @zlobica!

Try to find taxonomy-post_format.php in wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper.
Hope that helps you!

Hello @honlim!

I’ve checked this error. Please make sure you did not put any wrong value for any shadow in the TagDiv Composer.
Let me know the results!

I am building website locally with “Local by Flywheel”.
I am facing a issue with the following “Fatal error” message:
This happened in PHP version 8.
In PHP version 7.4.1 works perfectly fine.

Fatal Error

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: abs(): Argument #1 ($num) must be of type int|float, string given in C:\Users\wongh\Local Sites\upf\app\public\wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_css_res_compiler.php on line 571

Is there way to resolve this without reverting back to PHP version 7.4.1.

Hello,

Our theme is a frontend theme for most of the elements and changes, you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages and templates -> https://i.imgur.com/mMrEufY.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ePlWrNX.jpg
Also, you can create global colors, and use them on your website -> https://i.imgur.com/CWtjoNF.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ow0G9oe.jpg
The Global colors you can find them in Manager (Website Manager) -> Global colors -> https://i.imgur.com/wSuoD6j.png -> https://i.imgur.com/GzpMG7z.png

Thank you!
